Segal's Market
Very crowded on a Sat. afternoon, so I returned another day before noon. Found lots of fresh produce (some grab bags for just one dollar!) and many vegan products, including $4.99 frozen Gardein ‘meats’ (even the stuffed turk’y - a great price). Olive bar. Bulk bins of beans. Everything at very good prices. This would be a regular grocery source for me, if I lived a bit closer.

The prices are excellent. It's chaotic, so be prepared if you show up late afternoon on a work day, but that's part of the charm

The place looks very bad(very old and not well maintained). But items are worth and most budget friendly place around St laurant

I came here for the first time today. Great prices and great products! It's better than going to a big chain grocery store.

It’s a Hidden gem. Excellent place I love it. Affordable prices, Kind staff, strategically located, wide variety of grains, pasta, fruits and vegetables. You can Bring your own bag or use their cardboard box

So many people have told me this is one of the best grocery stores. That the prices and selection are amazing. I finally went a few weeks ago and it is sensory HELL. So many people bumping into you, cause the aisles are packed full of stacked boxes on the floor. The smell is overwhelming, more than most grocery stores. I didn't even find what I was looking for. Maybe I would go back at a different time of day.. but it seems way overrated to be honest.

Let's be real, this place ain't pretty, but it's a local gem. You better have your game face on when you go shopping here because it's kind of chaotic, but they have the best prices on the best selection of healthy foods. I come here every week like most locals in the Plateau.

It's a chaotic experience (products piled everywhere, narrow alleys, very busy) but well worth it. They have a good selection of products and THE best prices in the neighbourhood for groceries.

Good prices but there is a pervasive air of unwelcomeness when you're in the store. After my recent experience with some of the extremely rude staff I won't be returning. It's no way to treat customers, viewing them with suspicion & barely veiled hostility. What happened to manners & respect in our society?
