We were in the market to buy a condo in South Surrey / White Rock in preparation for a move back to Canada, but could not travel due to the pandemic. After searching online for 5 months, we finally found a gem of a place, on its first day of listing - so good, in fact, that we couldn't imagine it lasting the day. We picked Hamish because of his excellent reviews, but were astonished at the determination he showed in landing this place for us. He moved faster than we could have ever believed possible, and within the space of a few hours he had visited the unit, done the necessary paperwork, and had our offer in the sellers' hands ahead of anyone else. After the contracts were signed, Hamish guided us very conscientiously through the complexities of the strata documentation, arranged for inspection reports, and facilitated our overseas transfers. We still cannot believe our luck in finding such a dedicated and personable problem solver to be our agent.

This is a little late coming as Hamish sold a condo for me in June. He and Natasha work together in a professional and ethical manner in every sense of the word. The buyer wanted a mirror removed which meant a wall had to be painted. Hamish stepped in and was willing to remove the mirror and paint the wall so the buyer would be happy. He laid everything out, so I would know exactly what to expect. Natasha brought out the best in the condo with her knack for knowing how to get the best from the pictures and video taken. Hamish worked hard for us , doing daily research looking for a condo in White Rock that met our criteria. Having achieved that goal, doing a very professional job of documents that had to be signed, he set to work on the even bigger job which was to sell our house. He and Natasha together did an excellent job of preparing a virtual walk through our home, consulting with us on every step taken.
