I had a similar uncomfortable experience with this company in hiring process. I only found the title posted and I applied is actually different from what they wanted to hire at the interview, which work scope was unclear. Upon my request, the lady (a daughter of the company) sent me an email of list of full work scope including accounting to marketing, but never disclosed the pay rate, and she wanted me to accept it before she would.. lol.....it looks like a family business running for long, but what they would need is someone external/professional to improve their management, not underpaid assistants.

Don't go here at all.

I just have a terrible experience with this company and It will be really useful to that persons who are applying to work with this company. I got a call from one of the girl who works there and they want to arrange interviews with me and they want me to call their manager. First of all employers are the one that has to call or arrange meeting with a employee . That’s the basic rule, even after I called them The person who gives me response told me that she will contact you. Same day I did not get any response and I send email to the lady who called me. She told me next day on email that she will call you SHORTLY. I have all the emails available with me but I do not want to reveal any name for their privacy as I respect them. I have send mail to them for me it looks very unprofessional and they are like that. While calling her today she told me it usually takes 24 to 48 hr for them to reach me. I hope they have good communication with each other because they wrote shortly on email. They thinks that my response is not good but as an professional company, you do not work like that. The mail was received on march 8th and today is march 10th and I have to call them because I was thinking they are reputable company with whom I can have future . After this I check reviews of employees on indeed and now I know that somehow I got saved. Please be aware of this things. All the best to these company and people working for them
