I’m sharing my personal experience with this travel agency. First of all, I would say they are inexperienced people working there who don’t even have knowledge that your Schengen visa is expiring before the return date. You want to be able to stay in more than one country in Europe. I got 2 tickets to Denmark, staying there and connecting to India. On the return day, I was asked if you needed to get your Schengen Visa or change tickets as we have stayed in your different countries (France,Netherlands). At that moment, I tried to talk with them and shared everything the officers were demanding. Then they blamed it on us. You need to ask this about the time for buying the tickets. At that moment, we had to buy new tickets and had to stay more days in India and we both lost our jobs. When we reached here in Canada, I talked to them about this, so they put the whole responsibility on us for this cause and blamed us.
