Horrible customer experience. The 2 employees that take the orders are obviously people without basic skills on how to treat a customer with respect and provide reliability on behalf of this business. They will continue to lose customers and future business... for people looking to buy stone, save yourself time and money and take your business elsewhere...

I bought flagstone from Zara Natural Stone and they recommended a contractor to install it for us. The contractor showed up and on a Sunday morning unannounced and demanded 25% more for the work vs the agreed upon price and then held the stones hostage unless we agreed to pay him.He eventually returned them to Zara Stone and when we finally arranged them for delivery, about 20% of the stones were damaged and unusable. They were delivered on 2 skids and the top stones were not broken, but once we started taking the stones off the skid, we found many more were broken or damaged.I spoke with Ali and Muhammed at Zara and they refused to refund or even exchange the stones when I offered to drive back up to them and swap them out.They then did not return any text, calls or emails and we were left out of pocket for the damaged stones, and were short on supply for the job.They were terrible to deal with and it was an absolutely, awful experience.

Good people. My wallet fell put while loading stones and they were able to help me retrieve it with all the contents.
