My go-to place for keys and locks. Quick and professional service with knowledgeable staff.The only problem I've had is when I had a spare key for my truck made and they gave me a key with a Pontiac logo on it instead of a Chevrolet logo. A small yet unsatisfying inconvenience.I was told they order the GM keys in bulk with an assortment of logos. I wish I had been told that or asked which brand my GM vehicle was before he cut the key.At least if someone takes my key with the intent of stealing my truck, they'll be looking for a Pontiac instead of a Chevrolet.

We needed a new fob and key for a Tacoma. Was charged hundreds. Found out later the fobs are available super cheap (under 20 bucks) and can be programmed by the end user. The guy working there was unable to program the fob, requiring us to come back again the next day. Do your research before assuming they've got your back, because they don't.

Had 2 fobs that needed to be programmed for a dodge ram. Absolutly quick and efficient. Price is fair...but the zero return policy if the programing doesn't work just felt off.BuT...not my worry. Everything was tip-top

I have done business with them in the past and was very satisfied. Recent work with them was met with a few hiccups but in the end they resolved the problem. The men that installed the locks were great to deal with and ensured that I knew how to use the new system. They also made sure to clean up any mess they had made while installing the locks.

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I went in to get a simple key cut for my car and when I looked at the key I could clearly see that it was not cut the same as the old one. The guy saw it and agreed that they did not look the same but quickly blamed the key I brought in and not his machine. Instead of saying don't pay for the incorrectly cut key, he forced me to pay for it even though he acknowledged was not cut correctly and won't work.. Be cautious when getting your car key cut with this guy.

Only place to get auto key fobs programmed and copied. They run the mafia on those.

Worst service ever. I ordered a set of car keys after mine were lost. Northern security failed to tell me that I had to order a key code from Ford. I found out about this only becuase they called my ex partner, even though I changed all the order information to my number and name. Otherwise I wouldn’t even know the keys were just sitting there.

Terrible customer service, worst experience ever. Do not recommend getting vehicle replacement keys here. Go straight to the dealership and save yourself the extra headache.
