I come here often but, with Covid-19 I didn't come in a while...I'm always satisfied with the sub I get and its delicious! Staff are always nice with customers and this Subway is always clean! I love eating here!

Unfortunately these guys constantly cancel my uber eats order during proper buisness hours. You need to close your hours if your always gonna be cancelling around 5pm

Not so bad, but not great either. My orders are basically rushed in front of me almost every time. The staff ... They seem fine except that one crackpot that probably spent the night up. I'll let you guys guess who it is ;)

Very friendly staff and the food is pretty good too. Never had any problems with it. They're good at what they do and it's not a super long wait, at least when I go there. It's also a good place to sit at and the lobby is usually very clean.

We ordered online for pickup at 4:05 pm. at the 869 Maloney Blvd location in Gatineau. Moments later, a young man called to tell us there was absolutely no bread left, none! My boyfriend asked how we could get our refund and he responded by saying that we had to cancel the order on our end using the app. Nowhere in the app did we see how to cancel our order. We drove there, and as I walked in, I noticed all the bread, so I asked why he called to tell us he couldn’t fulfill our order. He said the bread had just been taken out of the oven, but clearly that was a lie as there was bread stored away, and yes fresh bread that was on the counter. I told him to make our subs and I also told him I would be contacting the store manager. He made my subs like a bully and didn’t say a word to me. I then proceeded to pour my fountain drink and only water came out. I told him there was no ice tea, he told me to pick something else. His his name tag said he was an assistant manager! This was by far the worst service I’ve ever had at this location. He clearly didn’t want to work, just lazy. I will be reporting him to Subway and leaving reviews.

The bread is so dry it crumbles. The cookies in the boxes are so dry they're bareky eatable.Seriously disappointing lately...for a fast food whos slogan is always fresh"...right"
