Papa John's Pizza

I ordered the combo deal at papa johns through skipthedishes because its was cheaper. The combo deal is pizza ands crispy wings and i had it delivered. once delivered i found that the crispy wings were soggy and not only that i had the wrong pizza.... They gave me a papadias panzerotti". I called skipthedishs and they couldnt get hold of papajohn so they only give me half my money back

I visited this pizza store recently with my friends, and we had a fantastic experience. The pizza was simply delicious - full of flavor and perfectly cooked. We ordered the pepperoni and mushroom pizza, and I must say it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The crust was crispy, the sauce was tangy, and the toppings were fresh.The service was also top-notch - the staff were polite and friendly, and they made sure we had everything we needed. They even gave us some recommendations on what other pizzas to try, which we appreciated.Overall, I highly recommend this pizza store to anyone in the area. If you're looking for delicious pizza and great service, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back soon!

Worst customer service ever, don’t ever go there if you want to eat decent food. We ordered 2 pizza and cheese bread from them , both pizza was burnt. So we called them, the employee said he is new , the manager will get back to us and refund when he comes in. After hearing nothing from the manager, we call the manager the next day. He literally insulted us, refused to issue a refund or store credit. Told us to bring the burnt pizza from the garbage bin and show him the proof. I would never order from them ever again , I hope the owner sees this and change his store manager. I’m really sorry to say this but this is Canada , your Indian store manager has to change his attitude.

This location used to be great. I don't know what happened but it's not good anymore. Delivery took well over a hour and half and pizza was cold and soggy.

We online ordered two papa bowls and they were ready inside of 20 minutes. We got there and picked up our orders quickly without issue.Both dinners were delicious and cooked well. Not having the bread of the pizza honestly makes the bowls more flavorful and cause far less indigestion afterwards.Definitely a good experience and we'll order from here again

I was there on last weekends. Although it was too busy, they made my choice pizza within 10 minutes with delicious quality. Love to be here again. Staff were excellent too!!

On sunday noon (at around 12 pm), we had ordered two large thin crust pizza and cheese sticks combo. We had ordered the pizzas to be well done. However when we received the pizzas they were burnt (instead of being well done). It no longer had any taste of cheese/toppings and the crust itself became crunchy. Since it was delivery order, We called the store right away. CSR said, there is no manager present in store and to call back later. They didn’t offer to send new batch/ask us to even bring the pizzas (in case they had any doubt). We were waiting and called back again in the afternoon, at that time they confirmed that no manager will come today. Thus we called back today (noon), the manager was extremely rude and in-cooperative. He wouldn’t even provide names of higher customer service authority and is completely dismissive. Instead of fixing the problem he initially said he would provide 50% discount in next order ( we never want buy from them again after such bad experience) and when we declined he said he never wants us to do business with their store". Are you serious? After an entire day he wants us to send pictures of pizza by scavenging through the organic bin? Is this how they treat customers and Why didn’t they mention it when we had called that day twice? Papa johns should really look into what kind of people they are putting in place of managers."

It's a great place and they make great pizza that tastes really good and the best of all is that the dough for the pizza is not as thick as other pizza maker shops.

Great customer service!!! The gentleman who served me was awesome. Very friendly and was super fast.I was there at 130pm and the guy had a beard. Just FYI. Made my day and I get great food on top it... Thank you buddy

We usually love their Pizza but Chicken Wings were terrible today. They were all burned. I cant believe they still packed them and gave to customers like this. I didnt open and check at the store. Just noticed when we got home and started the meal.
