I cannot say enough good things about Josh & his (team of robots/vampires) - I mean crew. These guys & gals do not eat, sleep, drink, or stop. They spent 4 days, working 12+ hour days while we were away camping, and absolutely transformed our backyard. They did everything - graded the backyard for proper drainage, routed downspouts underground to appropriately located pop-up points, installed an interlock patio, a brushed concrete patio extension/walkway/firepit seating area, a brand new firepit AND sod. All of this in my effort to battle against muddy paw season (2 large dogs ... IYKYK). My hubby & I are capable folk but man am I glad I brought in PSN to do the heavy lifting on this one. All we have to do is finish up our fence and pretty up some gardens.On top of the actual work - Josh was so ridiculously patient with my 1 million emails, constant mind changes (up until the night before they broke ground!!) and just overall mind-changing that I cannot thank him enough. I will recommend PSN to everyone I know, and they will be back to do my driveway when the money tree replenishes itself!!

We recently had Property Solutions Niagara complete a patio for our backyard, and they did a great job! They were very professional, on time and on budget. We had used them before for our front patio and were happy with them so decided to use them again. So glad we did. I would recommend them for any outdoor projects you may have.

Josh Tot from Property Solution Niagara and his crew were amazing. I am on the board of directors for a small condominium complex in Niagara. We hired him to put up a 630 linear foot fence, correct some drainage issues, and re-sod half of the complex after our decks were re-built. Everyone on the board agrees Josh and his team were fantastic. Josh is polite, capable and professional. His bid was fair and he always returned our calls and was onsite each day of the project. He followed through with everything as promised in his quote. His crew arrived on time every day during the project, were efficient, hard working and professional and did a wonderful job. I have no reservations recommending this company. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing service and job done by the crew on our backyard concrete patio and fencing. Very great with communication and working with the weather etc. Kept us in the loop of progress. Clean, respectful and professional at all times. Would recommend to anyone needing projects done!

We got concrete work done in our backyard. They did a great job. They were professional and hardworking. I now have the backyard of my dreams and they brought it to life for my family. Thank you for the excellent job well done.

Unfortunately Property Solutions Niagara, did not finish the job to the customers' request or satisfaction. This was not an additional work, it was what we had asked for from the start. Maybe they were not listening. Their response to my review is not true at all. They are blaming the previous contractor which had nothing to do with this work. The truth is they did not finish the job as we had discussed and paid for and left the front unfinished and we had to hire someone else to finish it. Had he done this we would have been more than happy. Now that it got finished by someone else, it now looks beautiful. This is the work they refused to do. It is not my business but I would have finished it for the customer. We had all the material there. They also set on our porch and started bad mouthing the people who hired them to do the job. We confronted them about this and told them that this was very unprofessional conduct. Previously I was not going to say any of this but since his reply was not true, I will say our side as well. I am glad the job is over and we don't have to deal with them anymore. I wish the experience was better but it was not. We were very kind to them but they just left the front entrance unfinished to our satisfaction. They have a lot to learn about customer treatment and communication. Good luck to them. NO, I would not hire them again!

I had a job of moving about 7 tons of rip rap to elevate and properly grade a walkway. Josh came and was extremely proffessional and on time which is very rare in trades. He was a skillful operator working in very tight conditions and was amazingly quick. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Prompt, efficient, and extremely reasonably priced for any job you require.

Property Solutions Niagara were recommended to me and they did exactly what I wanted after having a retaining wall built….they backfilled ,graded,spread top soil and then sodded the entire area.Wonderful job! Prompt,efficient and obviously a very caring crew.Thank you Josh.
