Absolutely pleased from first contact to installation. Our AC failed during one of the hottest weeks. Mike was great at providing us with various options. As well his honesty was very refreshing. He was quick at getting us set up and booking install date. Installation ended up being earlier than anticipated which was much appreciated. Installers were very friendly and professional along with being very respectful and efficient! We highly recommend Clement Marchant Natural Gas!

Used them in the past for service and hot water tank installation and service was fine. Called them this week for a leaking pressure valve on our 2 year old hot water tank. Was told they had the part, turns out they didn't upon coming out and checking the valve - was charged for a $180 call out, nothing fixed, nothing done except tech turned off the water to the tank. Waited until 10am the next day for a follow up call, nothing heard so I called them. Asked about a refund for the call out the night before and was told someone would be in touch - nothing. Service was performed later in the day. Poor communication this time around and charged for nothing.Follow up a few days later, I was offered a rebate for the call out. Appreciate the follow up.

Our furnace conked out in early February a couple of days before a severe deep freeze was about to hit. Mark inspected the furnace, advised us that we needed a new part that they had to order. As soon as the part arrived, he came over and had our furnace up and running within the hour, just before the cold arrived. Thank you Mark and Clement-Marchand for the excellent service.

This company has not only wasted my time, but caused my fireplace to be more broken than what it was in the first place. All tech’s stated they couldn’t smell gas when the pilot light was on, but my husband, super and I could smell natural gas. Technician swore. Have had at least 4 technicians for the SAME issue, and no one can fix it! Thermopile and gas line needed to be changed. We have been without a fireplace for almost 2.5 years. These tech’s are incompetent as my husband has been watching their work, and stated that they made it worse. I am thoroughly not impressed. Oh and yeah when a tech was leaving he said the fire place was only esthetic. That was a warning sign right there. Also asked for another tech, and the company sent the same one. Do not let them touch your stuff, as it will be worse off than it was before.

After a carbon monoxide scare about a week ago, we needed furnace replacement quickly. Michael Jovic came over the very next morning and explained everything very clearly. His team came in the next morning and got the job done. I didn't have to move anything, they kept things very clean and they finished the job quickly. The technician explained everything they did once they we're done. Michael even stopped by to check in to make sure everyone was going well. Amazing customer service and great products at a fair price. I would and will definitely recommend Clement Marchand to my friends and family.

Lovely company to deal with. Large enough to have the resources available to solve your problems, yet still a size where you can call and deal with the same people each time. Quick, professional and fair pricing.

Over 25 years ago my wife and I moved to Ottawa and we decided to replace an existing electric furnace with a gas furnace in our home. We had Clement Marchand install a new Carrier furnace which has been serviced every year since. This winter the heat exchanger failed and we decided to install a new furnace. With the 'no heat' situation Clement Marchand responded quickly and during the visit with Mike he arranged the installation for the very next day. The job was completed professionally and all my concerns were addressed. All in all a good experience.

My water heater had given up and I needed to get a replacement. After contacting Clement Marchand on the weekend I received a call from Mike on Monday morning. He gave me a quote after I explained what equipment we needed replacing. By 11:30 in the morning we had a confirmed work order, and he was able to get a team to come and do the install that afternoon. The installation team were professional and installed everything in a few hours. It was great to get hot water again. Thanks very much for fitting us in.
