I did a detailing service and window tints. An amazing job on both detailing and tinting. People, even strangers, have compliment how nice my car looks since the service. They had really good service and their location is super clean. I ended up just waiting there and working remotely from their location. Highly highly recommend if you're considering it. I had them detail my car and they did an amazing job! When I picked it up I was simply amazed - it looked like a brand new car. The exterior was sparkling and the interior was pristine. I've had people do a double take when they see my vehicle and ask if I got a new vehicle! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

I reached out to this place to get my car Tesla Stealth Wrapped and tinted. I went with them because of all the promises they made with including ceramic coating free of charge. It was all promising, but it was too good to be true. I explained to their team that I needed the car back on the 4th day (dropped off Wednesday morning as you said needed to pick up by Saturday night).To expedite the review and get quick to the point:- Once I arrived to drop off the car they were 15 minutes late.- They said 4 days total to service the car, the car was sitting outside/on the parking lot for 3 days. They took the car in the day before the pick up date (servicing the car late Thursday night).- Knowing the car has been sitting for 3 days, I called to ask if meeting the Saturday night pick up is still possible. They confirmed they are working to finish it as quickly as they can.- I messaged early Saturday morning to confirm pickup later that day, they told me that the car would not be done but they started the work. They cannot release the car as it would ruin what they had just started.- They got the car back to me on Sunday and it looked really bad. They said to bring the car back next week so they can redo some panels and parts.- Upon pick up, they mentioned they didn't do the ceramic coating because of an issue with the Stealth Wrap and how its not mixing with XPEL properly.- I dropped off the car again for another 4 days, they didn't redo much but just did some touch up.- Most corners are peeling and coming up, they are now collecting dust and makes it even harder to clean the car.The tints turned out good, but the stealth wrap was horrible. I'll let you be the judge with these photos.I mentioned to them that I was unhappy with the turnout and service, all they could offer me was a 10% refund.EDIT:Nothing has been fabricated as I have receipts. There is no hate in this review. But I just hope that this is avoided for future customers. As mentioned, apart from the wrap, the tints were good. But if time is managed properly this would have turned out even better.I did ask multiple times if this would be done on time as I mentioned multiple times this was a gift needed for Saturday. Also you only offered to cover 1 day of the rental when we would have needed it for a week.To be honest, I didn't want to post this review, but after 6 months and the job has looks even worse, another reputable wrap and detail company mentioned to post this review as even they admitted rushed job or not, this was just horrible. And I stand corrected, I dropped it off Wednesday morning - still the car was not taken in until Thursday Night/ Friday Morning for prep. An excuse of someone who hurt themselves was not able to make it in today. Why was this not brought up to my attention? Why did you not let me know that this would not have been completed by then? Rather you decide to just rush it either way and tell me Saturday that this is not getting completed.Like I mentioned, when I dropped off the car for another 4 days, nothing much was done but excess pieces that you cut. It resolved nothing. I did not rush you, rather you did not manage your time well and just took in more cars for volume rather than quality and detail. I had specified 2.5 weeks before the car was dropped off, I would needed it back on the Saturday night, you affirmed me that this would get done by then on multiple occasions.A discount as never something I cared about nor wanted. I just wanted the job to be done properly. I understand that you had rushed the job, I did not ask you to rush the job, I even asked if I can take the car since it has already been tinted and to give it back to you to finish wrapping. You said no, rather you rush the job and get this done.I believe I gave you enough time with the 2nd drop off to fix this, but with the 4 days, only trimming and touch ups were done.The photos above are actually better than the state of the car now. 6 months after installing it the car, it looks even worse. I am happy to post those instead.

Great work with reasonable price point.Zaid was very helpful and flexible with appointment times.He was kind enough to give me a ride to the nearest coffee shop as they worked on the tints.Thank you!

Got my front two windows and trunk window tinted the other day. No issues at all, good price and easy process. Will definitely come again and recommend to others. Thanks again!

I think I may have caught them on an off day after looking at the other reviews.Overall I had an okay experience. I got a tint and detail done - the tint was great and no issues there. The detailing part was a little disappointing. The front of the car was fine but the back was left streaky and dirty looking. The front windshield was left streaky as well, I can’t say it looked professionally cleaned.I reached out to them and they said they would give me a free detail, vacuum and wipe down if I’m ever in the area which is nice but I’m rarely in the area. I made the drive to Mississauga for this and it was out of the way. They were apologetic about it but nonetheless, I paid full price to go home to wipe down my own car after it was supposed to be cleaned.I was also quoted 3 hours for both services so I planned my day accordingly. It ended up being close to 5 hours, and I only found out after reaching out to ask if it was done at around the 3.5 h mark. They didn't reach out to me to tell me they're running late. So I ended up waiting in the lobby for another 40 minutes - if they were going to take almost 2 more hours with my car, I expected it to be perfectly clean.I would recommend getting your car tinted here but I’d hold out on the detailing.

Got my cars windows tinted from the detail den a while ago. Got it done in the morning, got a call from them later in the day asked me if one of the workers car keys were in my car cause they misplaced them. Looked around and they weren’t there, they asked me to drive all the way back so they could have a look for themselves. I went and the whole time I was getting accused by the guy who lost his keys as he thought I was holding them hostage. Maybe not misplace your belongs rather than accusing someone. I was happy with the experience and happy with the tints, tints haven’t given me any problem, no bubbles, still in place, no peeling. PERFECT TINTS! But the accusations ruined the experience for me!Event from October 2021

I heard about this place through a friend, and I must say, GREATEST experience ever. The owners / workers were so insightful in everything that they do. Service was amazing and pricing was super competitive especially comparing to the other shops in the area. They did such a perfect job on my cars tints, PPF, and ceramic coating. I wish I had 10 more cars because I would come 10 more times to these guys ! Keep up the great work !
