Burlington Custom Countertops did an awesome job. Beautiful countertops cut to fit perfectly, making the kitchen look amazing. Very grateful for such a job and with the customer guidance and service.

Staff were very knowledgeable when choosing our stone. Installation was very prompt, courteous, professional and well organized. An added feature was the extra deep kitchen sinks they recommended with installation. We are very happy with the entire experience, and all covid practices were followed when measuring and installing product. We would highly recommend this company!

Be extra careful with this one. The workman ship is poor. Initial quote that was given was less but was increased by nearly $1000 at later stage by giving lame reasons. They said additional material will be required but they did not use additional material at the end neither gave the money back.Be very careful if you allowing the workers in. The worker stole a DeWalt tape right in front of me and when I confronted him he claims it as his own. Very risky, do not allow them inside your house especially if there are thingsThe worker will carelessly forget important details if you are not aware of it. Bad experience don't go. Better go somewhere else even if charged higher.

BUYER BEWARE!I ordered a bathroom countertop from this company for a client. It was mismeasured and ended up too short. They filled the gaps at both ends with silicone which looks terrible. The 2 sinks provided did not fit so my contractor had to make adjustments. The merchant said his people did this and tried to charge me $250 for work my guy did. Also, the holes for the faucets were not drilled in the right places. Merchant refused to take responsibility for the unacceptable installation. Mistakes happen but no excuse for not owning the mistake. All in all, really bad job.

Our experience with this organization has been a NIGHTMARE. We ordered their installer out of the house after two separate attempts at installing inaccurately measured, improperly cut countertops. First top was substituted material with no communication as to why the substitute, the installation was so bad and so poorly cut we had it removed two days after installation at which time they broke the sink and had to replace it. The second was again improperly measured and cut and the installers were very sloppy in workmanship, cut-out for sink was off centre and we told them to take out the second counter and leave the premises. Overall communication was less than ideal (lack of follow up). Only positive was we got all of our money back. DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!!

A Great Job! My new kitchen countertops look great and I was impressed with the workmanship. Not one bit of silicone filler on an edge, everything fit perfectly against my not so straight walls.The installers were friendly, courteous, cleaned up everything and took away the garbage. They also gave me tips on how to maintain as I have a honed finish. I have worked in the building industry and this quality is hard to find. I highly recommend Burlington Custom Countertops.

We found Burlington Custom Countertops on line. As you may imagine, I was a bit nervous because we normally work with referrals but we didn’t have time. Went to their shop and Arvin was great, patient and helpful. He offered me several options and lived up to every word he promised. His template tech came promptly and was very courteous and professional. Arvin called to move up our installation date because he knew we were in a hurry. The installers did a wonderful job and made sure I was completely happy before they left. They took such good care as to not damage our walls and left the place as clean as they found it. Arvin was so professional and friendly when he called to follow up. Thank you for a great experience. I sure will be referring you soon as I know my sis is starting a kitchen reno.

I looked at many suppliers of quartz countertops and returned to Burlington Custom Countertops for the installation of my kitchen countertop. I was also very pleased with the installer. Very professional and excellent workmanship.
