I cannot say enough about the above-and-beyond service my dad received from Mike! My dad had been very unsure about the process as well as the actual devices, but as soon as he met and worked with Mike, all of his hesitations disappeared. From the initial appointment to working through the challenges of being a new hearing aid wearer, Mike has been there to take calls, bring my dad into the office to make adjustments, and for anything else he has needed. This is the place to go to solve hearing challenges for life. Our family is so grateful for the phenomenal care at Hearing Solutions.

Never had any pressure to buy anything, staff was great! Optometrist was simply wonderful, never made me feel bad about my lack of hearing, showed me the results immediately and took time to go over them. I would recommend them to anyone, especially anyone who is nervous.

Very professional and easy to talk to. She explained my test results to me and made sure I knew how to get a hold of her should I have questions. My only complaint was that no one was there to greet you upon arrival. I had an evening appointment which was very convenient.

This was the first time seeing an audiologist for our school age daughter, and Mike made it an excellent experience for her! He was patient answering our questions, explained each test in detail, and made sure she was comfortable throughout. Highly recommend Mike and Hearing Solutions!

As someone who has wondered for a while about my hearing, making an appointment for a test was something I'd put off for a while because I'm not yet 40. However, I'm quite glad I reached out to Michael to find out what has been going on with my hearing.From the moment of contact, to the hearing tests, to being fitted for hearing aids, working with Michael and his staff has been a quality experience. It's been over two weeks now, and it's incredible how much of a difference the hearing aids have made to my day-to-day life. I recently went back, and Michael took the time to adjust the fitting, as well as the various audio settings to make the hearing aids work better for me. He patiently explains everything exceptionally well, and gives tangible reasons and examples for everything that he does. It's a comfortable and comforting experience.I've had many conversations over the last couple of weeks with people in my life, and in doing so I've continually sung Hearing Solutions' and Michael's praises. I'm quite thankful I went in to the initial appointment, and it's been great to be so supported in this fairly important life change. If you are someone that is wondering at all about your hearing, it's worth giving them a call and going in for a free test, because it will be a good experience.

My recent hearing assessment and fitting for my first hearing aids was a great experience. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer all of my questions and indulge my curiosity about…everything. As somebody who has had hearing aids since I was three, I've had my fair share of experiences with audiologists and clinics - and Mike and the Hearing Solutions team are absolutely first rate.When my old aid died before the replacement was available, Mike stepped up and went above and beyond to ensure I was not without in the interim. When the new aid wasn't fully satisfactory, the change to a new model was seamless.Cannot recommend highly enough!
