Got a passport photo done in a very quick and timely fashion with an appointment and they had a camera I was looking for a bit. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and no pressure sales. Just sales from experience and knowing their products and customers. Will shop again. Thank you

The photos I requested were awesome they turned out clear and were printed in a very quick amount of time! My only criticism was the front staff. When I came into get my photos the worker at the computer didn’t even turn her chair around let alone make any sort of greeting: she just said “take your photos and you can go” I thought it was incredibly rude and unprofessional

Unfortunately they didn't take a good pic for my kid, cause it was too bright and the size wasnt right, due to covid I didn't able to come. Normally they are quick ang good for taking gov't photos

Highly recommend Primary Photo for getting photos printed! The turn around is always super quick, quality is excellent and customer service has always been great. I will continue to use them for having photos printed! Have not had anything else done with them yet but I would expect the same high quality and service for all products.

Not a good place for passport photos! Their prices are a rip off (39$ for 4 photos--nobody needs 4, two are sufficient), the quality of the pictures are not acceptable due to light reflexions, and they can't even cut the photos properly. I did two sets which both were deemed unsuitable for passports! In the end I found out about CAA and can warmly recommend their service! If you're a member you even get a set of free passport photos every year! If this shop has some decency they should refund my money.

Great customer service. I was happy with how fast my pictures were ready. Downside, ordering online kept kicking me out, it took about 6 tries to get the pictures I wanted.

The quality is ok but don't trust their dimensions. I ordered some 2x3s for a special application and the photos were blow up to 2.5 x 3.625. This ruined the application. They were cheap so I'm not too bent out of shape but they should make sure they print the correct size...

I asked for passport photo, they took the picture, didn’t even show me to review, and paid $27. But it was unacceptable because there was hair on my shoulders. I would expect someone professional in this field to know the guidelines.
