I have used Blushin gifts a few times now. First for a company wide gift box surprise (for hundreds of staff members during the pandemic) and again for a celebratory baby gift.Whether it's large or small orders, Blushin gifts NEVER disappoints. 5 stars for their customer service, in terms of being kind enough to accomodate my request for a rushed mug for my bridesmaid who was in town for only a day (although the rush was kind of shown...through the craftsmanship..) I did notify them of the poor cutjob and they did respond and make the other mugs better.-3 stars for the cheap cup used. Unfortunately no matter how pretty the lettering was....it was not able to hide the very. obvious. IKEA logo at the bottom of the cup. I showed these to my colleagues at work before I gifted them and the first thing everyone noticed was the logo.... Would suggest that you use another plain cup .... Sadly takes away from the design. I was hesitant about making any more purchases to avoid getting custom merch that was meant to be pretty with tacky logos like IKEA instead.
