Paid my stay in full. My dog never caused any issue. While staying there, my purebred German Shepherd was attacked by an aggressive Rottweiler on their lot. $800 later, Rosa is ok. Hope your insurance is up to date. And the manager had the nerve to toss me. I would recommend the miserable General Manager start looking for a new career. You have the personality of a rusty, crusty hammer.

We asked for late check out and the front desk staff were very accommodating. We didn't use the other facilities (hot tub, sauna, fitness centre) but they looked pretty new. The hotel was quiet.

perfect room for my business trip needs. Hotel itself is great with a decent fitness room and a nice hot tub and sauna option on the ground level. No restaurant in the hotel, but they served a very well stocked continental breakfast every morning that impressed me with the pancakes, bacon, eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt etc. Nice staff always with a smile. Definitely recommend

This is a great little hotel for a quick stay. Most of the rooms have microwaves and fridges. The AC worked really well which was nice. Honestly, it's better than I expected for the price and the staff is really nice.

Very friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms. First choice whenever I am joining my husband while he’s working out of town. The breakfast is kept well stocked, staff stay near by and are quick to top everything up. It’s a very short walk to Tim Hortons, a grocery store, as well as multiple conscience stores. Lots of parking, plus multiple entrances into the hotel, with seating areas for anyone who smokes.

Avoid at all costs! New owner!!! Jack has forced out most of his old staff yo hire his own people. The new housekeeping staff are not allowed to bring the wheeled bins of clean linens to the halls upstairs. They have to carry them in their arms now. Health and Safety, not good!!!!No idea how to run a hotel. Avoid hot tub at all costs!

Great place and quiet, even with the majority of the guests being workers. Morning breakfast at 5 am. Will consider staying back Here if in area again.

The breakfast was eggs, sausage, pancakes and assorted yogurts and cereals. So not bad. It gets 4 stars just simply I personally had a hard time getting to sleep. Bed wasn't bad
