I honestly can’t say enough about this place. The level of effort for cleaning, customer service and over all experience is unmatched. Ali took the time to talk us through the piercing offering honest advice. She vocalized all the steps while piercing to ensure we knew what was happening and did an amazing job. She made sure she knew my end goal for once the piercing was healed (what type of jewelry ect) and adjusted the piercing location to be perfect!

I've been to a few different shops, but I don't think I'll be going anywhere but Thrive after my experience with Aaron. He was a pleasure to deal with the entire time, he really heard what I wanted and brought my ideas to life. I've been wanting this tattoo for a long while and I was so nervous about it, and he knocked it out of the park, it's my favourite tattoo.The line work is incredible, the shading and colour is beautiful, his technical work is brilliant. The design was perfect and he's very talented at what he does. Couldn't be happier to have him do the piece.The front desk staff were so kind and welcoming, just a pleasure to deal with. Overall my best tattoo experience, I can't wait to go back!

I got a tattoo here back in the beginning or February, my friend was getting one for her 18th bday and I ended up being able to book a slot less than a week in advance the same time she was getting hers. I didn't need a consultation, I just emailed a photo reference and description of what I wanted and Mike (the tattoo artist) was able to make it pretty much exactly how I wanted just from the email.The studio vibes are great and Mike was very chill, the tattoo barely hurt and healed up absolutely fantastic. I'm hoping to get him to do my next one.

It had been over thirty years since I had my last tattoo, and the memory of it was not the most comfortable experience, however after I received my first one here after all that time, I was pleasantly surprised. So much so, that I booked my second that very day. I have gotten a couple of tats here now and plan on getting more. The staff are very pleasant and attentive. The waiting area and studio are extremely clean and the environment is welcoming. My overall experience every time I have been here was very enjoyable. Jasmine is amazing, though because she does such beautiful art, she is very busy, and I am currently waiting for her schedule to open for my next masterpiece. Thanks Thrive, and thank you Jasmine. Had to find another artist after my previous one went on the rails. Aaron stepped up and took over a full sleeve with outline and partial shading already done. From the beginning, I knew that this shop was totally professional, helped me feel at ease, and let me know they would be able to help me out. Aaron has done an excellent job adapting to previous work and making it his own. I have only had one session so far, but I am excited again and can't wait to see the end result. Definitely recommend this shop. Cheers
