Dr Westaway is very knowledgable as well as being the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever met. It is unsettling when your spine is compromised and you don't know if you can be helped in any way. It is wonderful to have several medical resources, such as pain management, under one roof which can be accessed as needed and quickly. I have only praise for the doctors and staff at Infini.

Always a great experience! From the front staff to the doctors that I have seen. Very helpful, understanding and compassionate. Dr.Westaway and Dr. Breton just to name two, are so helpful.

My mom has been seeing Dr Porter and has had a wonderful experience. We have never felt so respected,heard and cared about in this 3year health journey as we have here. We are beyond grateful for Dr Porter and her team and look forward to her being at our side throughout whatever comes next. As a caregiver I am treated like my thoughts,worries and insights are respected and I have yet to find that anywhere else . Get this team on your side..you won’t regret it!

I have had a fantastic experience with Dr. Bretton at Infini, who provided a series of Prolotherapyt injecctions in my slihtly-arthritic neck and upper spine. He told me this procedure was effective in ~70% of patients, and it has been very effective for me. Shots are about a month apat, and 3 are recommended for effective. I sstill had some pain in a particular spot and I opted for 2 more. I have now been pain-free for more than 5 months.If other procedures (like cortisone) are not recommended or don't work for you, try Prolotherapy.

The Doctors/Physiotherapists/Physiatrists/Nurse Practioners and all staff are committed to excellence, and have helped greatly as I deal with chronic pain throughout my body. These professionals care about the whole person, and I have always been listened to, without judgment. An example of this commitment was reflected in two appointments, the first with Dr. Sunny Dhoopar, and my amazing Physiotherapist, Prince John, as they worked together on my case. The second was with Dr. Daniela Porter, along with Nouman, a passionate Nurse Practitioner. If cortisone, or other helpful procedures are authorized, it is always after a thorough exam, tests being performed, and a frank discussion with the patient. Thank you as well to Dr. Arun Gupta, Dr. Louis Coetzee, Dr. George Deng, along with the professionals and other staff referenced above.

Complete waste of my time, waited months for a phone call, after 3 months of following up someone booked a zoom chat, went over everything and was told by the doctor they would chat with their team and reach out with a plan of action to manage my pain, months went by with no follow up, so phoned, had to phone 8 times over an 8 week period before I was booked in with the same doctor that did zoom for an in person apt, figured I was going in for treatment or to go over plan, nope. During apt we went over the same things we already did in zoom chat 10 weeks ago, wondered if the doctor even remember who I was. End of that meeting she told me their plan was to do cortisone injections, funny we’d chatted twice now about the number of cortisone injections I’ve had done with no pain relief and that was why I was referred to Infini health, well 6 weeks have gone by now after that in person apt with nobody reaching out to even book an apt for the cortisone injection I could have had done by my surgeon 7 months ago before before referred here. My advice go somewhere else. On zoom chat she suggested we possibly do nerve blocking Injections for arthritis pain, asked my surgeon about that and he replied if nerve blocking helped arthritis pain I would have done those myself years ago Dan.April 9th updateJust want to add to my review, if I could give a negative star review I would, well 3 months has past or more since my in person apt and still nobody has phoned to book my apt for treatment.

I was so lucky to be referred to Infini Health. I have been attending the Advanced Spinal Clinic for attempted aspiration as well as cortisone shots for my facet joint. They were unable to aspirate the cyst and I feel they are more of a band-aid McDonald's" type of pain clinic. You just keep going back - but no effort to get to the root cause. Whereas Dr Gupta was able to aspirate on the first attempt and spent time to explain the process to me. We are not done our journey yet & I know he will do everything he can to help me be pain free. Dr. Coetzee and Dr. Gupta have significantly helped me with pain in my neck and shoulder after breast cancer treatments. They are very kind and gentle with injections and take the time required to explain procedures. Infini Health staff members are helpful, friendly and work well as a team. Jeff one of the Physiotherapists is dedicated and knowledgeable. I feel very appreciative of the level of care I receive at Infini Health.

I was referred by my Dr to Infini Health to assess by hip and lower back pain. There was some confusion booking my consultation, but nothing but gold stars since. Dr. Dhoopar and physiotherapist Prince have changed my life. With their comprehensive evaluation, they found a few areas and conditions that were causing problems. I have seen great results and believe under their care I was able to be seen by a surgeon to replace my hip much sooner

Nice clinic. Very kind personal at the front desk. Sunny Dhoopar can be very good doctor but I am doubt at his honesty.On December 8, 2021 I received severe injury at the work. This occurred when I pulled a shipment out with a pallet jack. The hard jerky movements caused an immediate and terrible sharp pain in the middle of my back.I went to see Dr. Roman Rezvikov, my family physician,  with severe back pain and muscle spasm and weakness. He gave me a referral for an X-ray. The X-ray showed I have a compression fracture, 30 %, T 12 vertebrae and laser degree L1. A couple of times during, my appointments, I had asked him why I have such bad back pain, and he always answered the same. This was due to the compression fracture injury, which occurred at work jerky pulling a heavy pallet jack. After 4.5 months after injury my family physician referral me to the Spine specialist Dr. Sunny Dhoopar. First time I came to see Dr.Sunny Dhoopar in Infini health like Alberta health client, becouse my family physician Dr. Roman Rezvikov didn't notify WCB about my work injury and Referral me Like Alberta health patient with concerns compression fracture after work injury. After Dr.Sunny assessment I took report and was impressed how good and honest was report. Dr. Sunny Doopar confirmed I have 30% compression fracture T12 vertebra and laser degree L1 as work injury and he even recommended: possible kyphoplasty with radiology surgery. But in 6 months when I came to see Dr. Sunny Doopar again, after done MRI and Bone scan for follow up appointment already like WCB client Dr. Sunny Doopar in front of me looks at MRI Images and told sorry he was wrong I doesn't have any compression fracture. I don't understend how doctor who give a doctor vow can look in my eyes and lie. Next day I read at the report , he say Bone scan show I have a compression fracture again but have not evidence it's happening recently. Dr.Sunny Dhoopar knows I have a compression fracture as a work related injury and he know MRI done in 12 month after injury and bone scan in 15 months after injury will not shows a recent injury. I don't understand how possible can be such a qualified doctor can so easy change his reports and can be sush a big differents between Alberta health report and report when I came like WCB patient. I still can't believe this is happens with me in Canada. And today when I came to do my second facet injection and asked to give me report from first injection I seen Dr. Sunny Dhoopar was working on the computer. I understood something will go wrong in my report because injection did different doctor. After injection I read on the report I have only mild degenerative disc and does not say anything about my compression fracture injury. I have two compression fracture injured vertebrae T12 and L1 where made facet injection and it not mentioned in the report. When I first time Dr. Sunny Dhoopar told me I suffer from compression fracture injury and now he is hiding compression injury as a work related Injury in all reports. Compression Fracture of vertebrae T12 and L1 present at MRI exam. (Lowered height and deformation of vertebrae). This is indicated on the MRI images, but the MRI was done a year after injury (December 6, 2022) so bone tissue swelling (which is usually an indicator of recent injury) is not shown in the images already. This situation increase my pain and sadness. I am not asking any compensation from WCB I just want fair and honest report about my Injury from WCB and some not honest doctors, recover and live a healthy normal life.
