The Fry
This place is fabulous. I've never had a negative experience here. I wish they had more options for sides but, having a limited menu is also a good thing at times for many places. Will definitely come again and the chicken tastes even better the next day. I enjoy it cold right out of the fridge.

The fried chickens tasted very crispy with nice soy garlic tastes. The cheese with fries had the nice balance of crispiness and aroma and sweetness of cheese powders, which was a surprise. The fried seaweed rolls had glass noodles inside, which add a nice flavor to the crispy seaweed.

Out of many chicken restaurants that I've visited in Korea, the US, and Canada, this was easily one of the best to dine in.The food: 5/5Not a single blemish in the quality of the chicken, corn, and even condiments. The deep fried coat was very crispy and it really felt like the oil was fresh. The service: 5/5The best part of this restaurant. Both staffs were very attentive and welcoming. I would easily come back not just for food, but for the comfortable dining experience. The place: 5/5Perfect for a group of 2 to 8. This location was far less squeezed in unlike the Toronto downtown branch. The atmosphere is not dark, so it is a more casual place to easily fit in.

The quality of the food was top notch. The fried chicken was fresh, good quality and tasty. I don't know much about Korean fried chicken specifically, but I liked this chicken, and I'll come here again. They have a lot more chicken flavours to try.The chicken really hit the spot. The butter garlic fries were unexpectedly crazy good. Our server was hospitable, welcoming, friendly and generous. It might only be a matter of perspective, but it would have been convenient to have napkin dispensers at each table. This would have been less work for him, but he seemed pleased to go out of his way to get us napkins whenever we needed more. Great experience overall.

This place is really nice and definitely worth a try if you're a fan or Korean food or fried chicken. My girlfriend introduced me to The Fry last summer and we've gone to the Toronto location many times. We always come for their fried chicken which tastes amazing. One serving of their chicken is good enough for two people. We got their regular chicken and their spicy chicken as well as their cheese fries. The atmosphere and interior was really nice as well as the service. Would really recommend 5/5.

Our favourite is the green onion bone in chicken. Really good with the cheese corn side. The staff here are very friendly and service is very quick! Tables are very clean too. We usually pick the fry because of how late they open.

I’ve been wanting to visit and review the fry for quite some time. Doing my research, I read up on all the good and bad reviews! I visited on a Thursday evening around 5pm and was helped by a lady named “ci” ?. Upon entering, I let her know I would be dining in. She provided a menu and I asked her what was good. She let me know some options in which I went with the spicy chicken & Corn/Cheese. The chicken turned out to be more sweet than spicy but was still okay. She had forgotten my drink & not checked up on me once after the food was delivered.. As I was eating I read up on some reviews in which mentioned a waitress demands a tip and if you don’t tip she suggests you take out. With this in mind I decided to pay cash and see what would happen if I put the change in my pocket (tipping after seeing how she reacted as i always tip). Behold she did exactly what they said in the reviews.. She stated while pointing at the receipt “this does not include a tip” I responded with ok. She then said “next time you should do take out” that is when i decided I was not going to tip. This is the first time I have not tipped someone… Tips are not forced yet neither can you coheres people for tips. Motto Fam • I do not approve of the service at this location! To the restaurant: Provide such great service that people choose to tip without being forced/bullied too. Put in a gratitude in the bill and state that as a restaurant if you are going to be making people feel bad and tell them they can’t dine in if you dont serve them well and they don’t tip..Also prices are high & they do not offer many options for independent diners.

I ordered take out from this establishment, because a friend of mine recommended that it's worth the try. When I walked in, it was clean, and newly renovated. Not many seats to eat at. I believe 4 booths, and 5 or 6 table's. I was greeted by a male server. I asked him a few questions about the menu and what was popular, and he was rude and not that helpful. I told him that I never visited before, and that it was my first time there.Fast forward a few minutes later. I witnessed him sneezing in his arm, and coughing in his hand, also wiping his nose with his hand. I'm not one to call people out, but I had to same something. I told him to go and wash his hands or at the very least sanitize his hands. He looked at me like how dare I call him out. I asked him if he would care, or have a problem if I sneezed, coughed, and wiped my nose with my hands, and then proceeded to serve him food, he replied that he wouldn't have a problem". I mentioned that I did and it's not sanitary especially being in the food industry
