Nails and Lash Lounge

I asked for a mega volume set. Got regular volume instead. Lashes did not last longer than a week and a half. Biggest red flag was A 30$ fee to book the appointment was taken yet not deducted off the final price.. overall left feeling robbed and over charged for a mediocre and rushed job. I used to see Eli for years but unfortunately this will be the last.

I have been doing my nails at this location for a very long time, including my entire family. My wife is incredibly pleased whenever she gets her services done by Elle. Elle Work is impeccable. Particularly her nail designs and eyelashes extension ETC.Also, I would like to mention the people are amiable and welcoming. This location recently had a complete makeover and reconstruction, and the ambience is on point.I genuinely recommend nice one nails @Fernbank.

I go regularly for a manicure and pedicure, all the ladies are wonderful! They are working on updating the space and it looks fantastic!!!Highly recommend them! I love Jenny and Jessica for my ombré solar gel nails!

I’m writing on behalf of my sister who calledme bawling after getting her nails done bc during the entire appointment she was scolded like a child to “relax” her hand to the point she got anxiety and almost left. Do you think someone coming in to RELAX needs to be told 20x to relax their hand? Do you know her medical history? Would you tell a quadriplegic to loosen up? Stop that berating behaviour. She will be back but she WILL NOT be to this woman who worked Wednesday June 28, 2023 (it was not the lovely lady who loves purple). She tipped bc she likes the other ladies. This lady needs a serious lesson in ETIQUETTE. Or find a new job. Stop telling people there paying good money to find relaxation to RELAX. You relax. She should have left if you ask me. She has a tattoo behind her ear. The other ladies are amazing so she feels bad. But she doesn’t know im writing. I think it’s wrong. That service .

SEE UPDATE BELOWI had a pedicure on Friday and by Monday morning 3 of the nails are noticeably chipped and a few of the other have small chips. I also had a shellac manicure the cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed properly. The polish is coming off of 3 nails. I must admit my nails we not in good shape do to gardening but that does not account for the polish coming off. When I am paying $70.00 I expect them to last more than 3 days! Total time in and out was 45 minutes. There is no explanation that can explain this service ….poor rushed serviceUPDATEThis is an update to my experience, I made 3 trips to the salon the first time to discuss and show them the service that I had received….this visit was after the owner asked me to go in. I spoke the the girl behind the desk and she knew nothing about the issue and she tried to show me on her phone that there was nothing there. I showed her the review on my phone and she told me it was another manager I should see and that she worked on Wed and Fri. She made me feel like I was lying I left very disappointed and if she was my manager I would have fired her for that type of customer service. I went back in last night and spoke to one of the 2 ladies and I am 100% sure she was the lady who originally did the service but she said it was someone else????? More lying…. I just wanted my nails fixed or my money back and she told me to come in at 10 am Sat morning and pretended to write my name in the calendar. I went in this morning and there was nothing written down. I am not sure who is manager/managers but I tried once again to show them the communication from the owner she wouldn’t look at it or at me! What an awful place ….management needs to be fired or the owner should be on site to see what is happening!

I have been going to this spa for a while now and I have never had a bad experience. Ellie is very nice and always does a good job with my nails and lashes. The other girls are nice too and I have never felt rushed.

The place looks beautiful now! Staff are very nice and talented. I’ve done lashes and nails there and always left feeling happy.

Most rushed, and unpleasant experience. The last lady got up from the table and I sat down, there was zero attempt made to sanitize the table after the last lady left, so sat down to a somewhat greasy table. The lady who did my nails, instead of asking me to put my nails in the nail UV light box just rapped each UV box alternatively through the entire process, and she acted like she was doing me a favour. Bored, apathetic was two words I'd use to describe her demeanor. I've never written a review like this before, but the customer experience was far from what I'm used to in other salons in the Stittsville/Kanata area.Act definitely needs to be cleaned up here.

I have been seeing Ellie at this location for many years now! She is amazing! The staff is warm and welcoming! From Pedicures, to artificial nails, to eyelash extensions... they do it all! Never once had a complaint about the staff or services.
