Bought a used Jeep Cherokee from this Mini Calgary dealership and found the staff (Carmen, Fatih, Mel) to be very accommodating and patient when I was making my vehicle purchasing decision. Whereas most other dealerships tended to use high-pressure sales tactics to make you commit to a vehicle, the staff from this dealership were collectively very respectful of my time and gave me all the financing details I needed in order to make a final decision.Mel walked me through the terms of service and what the dealership would cover if there were any issues with the used vehicle and clearly laid out my options to finance the vehicle. Fatih repairs cars on his own and possesses a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the vehicles technical specifications. Carmen is the General Manager of the dealership, she has done a great job of emphasizing customer relationship management first; overall I'd highly recommend Mini Calgary and found they provided a seamless customer experience.

I had such an amazing experience purchasing my new Jeep with Carmen, Mel, and the Mini Calgary team! Not only did they work hard to get my trade in and new purchase complete in ONE day, they stayed past 5pm on a Friday to do so. A very warm and welcoming team from start to finish who really made the process fun. They gave me a fair price on my trade in, rushed the detail so I could test drive my new car (with soap bubbles still on!), and made a spare key appear out of thin air when it didn't originally have one. Thank you SO much Mini Calgary - I absolutely love my new car!

I ordered an all electric 2023 Cooper SE thru Carmen and her group this past summer, had it delivered to my home in Edmonton and have been loving it thru the winter with no troubles whatsoever. I’ve just now (Jan 2023) put 6000 km and it has cost me a whopping 79$ to run it the entire time. I love plugging in at home instead of gassing up, and love the app for pre warming and charge management. Best commuter car I could own!!!Carmen took care of everything including my rebate cheque from Gov of Canada. Had a bit of a rough start when originally buying my mini from my salesperson, (lack of communication) but I switched to Corey who was helpful, communicative and understanding of my frustration. Carmen is was also great in helping get the situation handled. If it wasnt for them, I would have walked away from my dream car. The person who deserves the most recognition is Cameron in the service department. He has been nothing but wonderful. incredible customer service.. so thank you corey and carmen, biggest thank you to cameron!

We were very impressed with the professionalism and rigorous knowledge of Fatih who was able to assist my wife to get her dream Mini that was right for her. He did an excellent job explaining all the intricacies of the vehicle and made her comfortable to operate it effectively. Best and easiest car buying experience ever. The service and attention to detail is uparallelled. From applying for financing to signing the final paperwork and driving the vehicle off the lot it was no more than an hour. It was the fastest car buying experience I have ever had. I can't say enough about the service staff of MINI Calgary! I had just arrived on a flight back from England and got into my car to a check engine light and finished power. I was 6 hours from home and I was already jetlagged. It was 3:45 and they closed at 5. I called and a friendly lady named Arah picked up the phone and reassured me. She told me to come right in and they'd take a look. When I arrive I was greeted by Lee, very professional, friendly and offered a very tired me a cup of coffee. He immediately got to work to see what it could be and he found that my inlet turbo pipe had become disconnected. He brought Brenwyn over and they quickly reattached the pipe for me. They were amazing. I got back on the road only to have the pipe become disconnected again. Turned out it had swelled and become too loose. I drove back and by the time I got there, they were just closing up. Leo greeted me this time, was absolutely amazing, and very knowledgeable. Even though he was off the clock, he disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled the parts and ensured it was good for my journey home. The next morning I had another check engine light. Checked the pipe and it was still secure so off to MINI I went. Leo quickly got the code reader out and realized I probably needed my adaptations reset due to previous maintenance. Within 20 mins, I was on the road. Lee also told me if I had anymore issues, it could be a timing issue. He told me to drive to Edmonton and make an appointment if I had anymore problems. Made it to Edmonton and so far, so good!Amazing customer service from all the staff at the service center. Very welcoming and very knowledgeable. Thank you so very much!

Amazing experience. This is my second Mini Cooper and love the product. The Mini Calgary Team is amazing. Everyone from my Sales person Fatih Arslan, to the Finance Manager (Mel) , Parts and Service team, and even the manager treated us so well. Great, no pressure, buying experience, and a really amazing team. Thanks Mini Calgary !!!!
