Took my elderly challenged sister to get an examination and hearing test at Niagara Hearing Solutions. I was extremely impressed with how Seneka conducted her assessment. She improvised her testing method to accommodate my sisters cognitive issues and it worked perfectly. Her kindness and testing methods made this a rewarding experience for us all.

After suffering for 5 weeks with lingering effects from an ear infection , I was afraid to fly and beginning to get really worried , on advice from my daughter , I stopped in to see the girls at Niagara Hearing and Health and was seen and treated quickly , painlessly and successfully! I can not thank you enough ! So pleased and grateful! I have highly recommended to to my family and friends !

Brittany in my books is a life saver. I contacted her in desperation for some answers about my young daughters ears (after having a terrible experience with an ENT in St. Catharines) not only did she do a thorough + job but she was so gentle, kind, informative and answered all my questions without ever making me feel bad for advocating for my daughter like others have in the past. She is so knowledge and thinks outside the box to get you answers. I honestly have no idea where we would be at in my daughters hearing journey if it wasn't for the kindness and knowledge of Brittany. Forever grateful!

Both Seneka and Brittany are fabulous. They are true professionals who know how to help any hearing problems you may have. Being an independent practice and NOT a hearing aid manufacturers sales room, they will guide you to the very best treatment that you may need. In my personal experience, I suddenly had a total hearing loss in one ear and with no appointment and they saw me right away and fixed my problem.

Such a great experience today when we went in to a Paediatric hearing appointment. I was wondering if my son's speech was delayed due to hearing impairment and Brittany was so kind and supportive. She made my 4yo feel comfortable and not scared of any of the equipment. Also let him hold onto some of the ear plugs. He had a great experience, and due to this, so did I. Will definitely be going back if I need any other hearing issues evaluated. Thanks, Niagara Hearing & Health.

I first reached out to Niagara Hearing & Health back in the summer of 2022. Seneka has been a huge help in navigating the hearing issues I've had over the last few months. Each visit has been both professional and speedy. She has done a wonderful job of explaining to me what's happening and how the ear functions. As well as following up as my situation as progressed. Their offices and equipment are clean and inviting. I felt very comfortable with her support over this time. Can not recommend them enough!

Brittany was FANTASTIC with my sons paediatric hearing assessment. She was engaging and made it FUN for him, and was so reassuring. Clinic was well laid out, clean and modern and the chocolate treats at the front was super exciting for my little one
