They didn't get the order correct and the food was stone cold and burnt to a concrete crisp. So badly burnt we couldn't even eat them.

For 3 visits in the past few months the bathrooms never have running water or soap. The accessible one won't even lock. Food and service is fine.

I didn't even know I liked Wendy's until I tried it in Goderich. Love their salads!!! So glad they kept them around during covid while everyone else dropped them from their menu - that's what lured me in!

Ok so there mushroom burger is pretty good for fast food. To be honest like most fast food places Wendy's is decent

Good quality fast food. Even during the meal time rush I have not had a burger that dripped grease or soaked the bun. They must keep their grill pretty clean, keep it up!

Fast food done right. Ordered and out in minutes. Went in for the washrooms rather than drive through. The Taco salad was fresh and crispy lettuce with all the fixings. The chili was steamy hot and served on the side when I asked. Cheese burger and fries just as ordered. When you have to get food on the fly, Wendy's has healthy choices and this site was clean and staff friendly and prompt.

Honestly my lemonade was more ice than drink and was not what i ordered and my fries were a lot of tiny chips but I give the store a 4 stars because Peggy at the till was swamped today and she rocked it. She was polite and never lost her cool despite having a line up almost out the door and being the only one at the front. She took orders, ran food and kept things moving with a little help from others.

I hadn't gone to Wendy's in awhile, but thought I'd grab a bite to eat there. I try to eat healthy, and figured their grilled chicken would fit the bill. And a black coffee. The french fries - ok, yes, hello trans fats.Anyway, I ordered two grilled chickens for the two of us, and while waiting was informed they were out of ready grilled chickens and only had a single grilled chicken left. Otherwise I'd have to wait fifteen minutes. Not sure whether that was the thawing time, or whether a truck was due in fifteen, or that was the time needed to round up and pluck the free range chickens out back. (Probably not the latter I admit).I volunteered to take the classic" deep fat fried substitute for one of the sandwiches

Food was tasty, but the chicken breast sandwich was small compared to other fast food restaurants. 20% discount for seniors on Tuesdays is a great deal.
