I know many people that took this program and all of them spoke so highly of it that I wanted to take it. At last the opportunity presented this year and honestly my expectations were easily surpassed. The program helps you to focus on your value and then how to position yourself to potential employers but most importantly to know yourself and identify when there's or not a good fit with a company. I got so much from this program and my peers. You hear uncomfortable truths but honestly; I am glad I was reminded of them as you want to ensure you'll be successful on your next opportunity. This program is great for everyone! It covers a wide spectrum of interest topics; from self discovery (is this really the career path I want?), to learning how to prepare your resume to make it through an HR's AI system for selecting resumes , boldly facing a panel of Grizzlies and marketing yourself. Be prepared to do the work. It builds upon the homework assignments and weekly clinics and workshops. Whether you are just starting your career or deciding what to do as you transition towards a new career, this program is very intensive and thorough. Jackie and her staff are dedicated and only have the best interests of the program participants at heart.Highly recommended!
