David M. helped us get the Telus Security and he explained us the stuff regarding about it and what will the best dealIs! Gave us good deals us well! Highly recommend him!

We've renewed our phones with the kiosk guys a few times and always left happy. The line is usually smaller than the store and the staff at the kiosk are awesome.They often have all the same products and cases and if not they're helpful to bring them in.

Have always had good service here. I used to deal with Rogers but was treated horribly and one day walked into Telus instead and asked for help and never looked back. Telus continues to have the same level of helpful employees all these years later even as things have changed with technology and the way plans work in Canada. Today I went in with a bunch of questions and dealt with Sid - he was friendly and helped with all the questions I asked, the few account changes only customer service could make but he gave me their number as well. I never feel like I was brushed off or annoying employees when I go into TELUS - unlike other providers.

If you want to deal with someone helpful, I encourage you to go and see Manny at Polo Park. I have been dealing with him since he started with Telus back at a kiosk in St. Vital Mall. As long as he's in this business, I won't deal with anyone else. Everything goes smoothly when he's helping you. Knowledgeable, polite, and extremely helpful. I deal with him on the business side, and on the personal cell phone side with the rest of my family. I can't say enough good things about him. Telus is lucky to have him.

I bought a new phone today. I got a good deal, the sales lady was very friendly, and she accurately answered all my questions.3 stars because she was SUPER pushy! She was friendly enough I won’t say “high pressure” sales tactics I didn’t feel uncomfortable saying no, but I had to say no over 10-15 times to various services, financing peripherals, warranty, anti virus - all good things but she went on and on. after the mandatory case/ screen / adapter I made no indication I was interested in anything else but she just kept finding things to ask about to try and get me to spend more, she asked me 4 or 5 different times about financing different accessories, at one point I finally said “no thank you, and I’m getting tired of saying no…” - and even after that she made ONE LAST TRY to ask if I was sure my wife didn’t want anything for herself…She really put a damper on the entire experience and I would not work with her next time

Sid had been helped me a lot on transfering my services with a good manner and passion，great place to go.

Manny at this store has been the most helpful person that I have ever spoken to in my 15 or so years of dealing with Telus.He didn't push any up-sells, recommended my new plan based on my actual usage, followed up personally to make sure everything was going well, and went above and beyond to make sure my old phone was returned successfully and not charged to me.
