We hired Westside renovation for a Home extension project. We were lucky to find a very experienced contractor who does things right.With all the challenges of very old houses renovations. Bruno and his team were able to deliver an astonishing family living room that exceeded our original project expectations with a topnotch quality. Bruno and his team are reliable, professional and committed to delivering quality workmanship. They deal with subcontractor that are also very experienced on what they do.We couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend them.

We had a great experience in working with Westside for our home extension. Bruno and his team did a great job delivering our project on time and on budget. The team was extremely professional, tidy and we enjoyed having them around. This extension project included several steps such as the foundation, a new kitchen, and a complete refinishing of the ground floor; all steps where coordinated seamlessly without delay. We had our basement done by Westside which included a bedroom, washroom, family room, and staircase. We are extremely happy with how it turned out. They started and finished on time, and stayed within our budget. Bruno, Armando, and Dave were very easy to work with and always very friendly and helpful. This is the second time I have been with Westside. The first was a foundation and small extension. This time it was pretty much an entire remodel. 3 bathrooms. Entire first and second floor, and an extension over the garage. My experience with Bruno, Armondo, and West Side was great. I would highly recommend, and will do more with them in the future. There work is great. All the guys were awesome. we had some challenges, but that's a given on any project. They were very professional, and it is so impressive on how much pride Bruno takes in his work and ensuring that the customer is happy. We get so many compliments on his work. Thank you Bruno!

BASEMENT RENO - DECEMBER 2021In December 2021 completed our third successful major reno project with Westside Renovations. After Bruno & his team completed our fantastic home reno in 2018 and company offices in 2020 there was only one guy I needed to call when we finally got round to finishing our home basement (bar, bathroom, gym, tv/lounge area, pump room & storage rooms).You get what you pay for but with Bruno you get that added reassurance of an honest upfront price and knowing you're working with an entire team of professionals you can trust 100%. A special thank you to Armando & Sothy who worked incredibly hard and fast to finish the project well before our Christmas deadline.Also a huge thank you to Bruno who re-arranged his work schedule to complete our project before Xmas rather than the planned post Xmas.As always Bruno managed the project & his team like a well oiled machine. Having come to the end of such a project we feel lucky and relieved to have selected Westside Renovations. From the first meeting Bruno was enthusiastic and fully committed in our vision. Upfront clear contracts and payment terms as well as assistance through the architect and city planning stage all helped move this first phase on quickly.Bruno’s planning and project management was key to success but he’s supported by a first class team onsite. Led by David Roy Westsides team of builders and decorators were totally trustworthy, honest, hard working and took great care to ensure every detail was to our wishes. They went above and beyond what we would usually expect from other contractors.One of the key factors and benefits of working with Westside is Bruno’s extensive network of suppliers and contacts. This benefit is not only to utilize A1 suppliers and tradespeople but Bruno was also able to help secure and negotiate substantial discounts.Despite numerous small and large obstacles which arose during an 18 week construction project Bruno was always up to the task with positive assistance to resolve any issue, all with a sense of humour and smile. Although it was an 8 month project from planning to completion every stage went very smoothly exactly as promised.....no headaches, a safe pair of professional hands.We Look forward to next time we work with Westside. Westside is unique and amazing contractor. Project managers are sharp and professional. They take care of you all the way and assist you from architecture/design stage through getting permit processes down to the final touch and finishing details. Bruno and all team members are quick on solving surprise problems (that always popup when changing existing house) and happy to consult and provide all needed help. I never work with a contractor that was in the original budget (0$ over budget) and in the original schedule (0 days delay). Even with the huge post covid pieces and labor fluctuation they stand for the original contract commitment and actually finished sooner. Workers are amazing from the professional duty to cleaning the site. I had a challenging project and all went as planned. Now we have a bigger and better looking house for my big family.

Complete renovation of 47 year old Kitchen. New red oak floor, birch cabinets, all new appliances, matching woodwork trim. Great job done by Westside, on budget and all done in 2 weeks as planned. Second time we contracted with Westside - did garage conversion to beautiful wood-lined library 10 years ago. Well recommended.

I want to send Bruno and the whole team of Westside Renovation, a huge thank-you from our family. For several years, I wanted to give my home a new look and feel, opening the kitchen / living room to create an open concept. Unifying the various updates that were done over the lifespan of the house, renovating the house to reflect who we are.
