She was amazing. The seamstress who was supposed to do my wedding alterations cancelled last minute 15 days before the wedding. Jeanette took me last minute and got everything done within a week even though she doesn't usually do wedding dresses. Her work was very good quality. Thanks to her, I can still walk down the isle in my wedding gown. Her price was also very reasonable and she didn't charge any extra for the last minute timing. If I could, I would give her ten stars.

Jeanette did an amazing alteration for my wedding dress. I was very happy with the fit, the work was completed very quickly and the dress looked so elegant on my special day. I got so many compliments on my dress and it really is thanks to the excellent work by by Jeanette. Her price was very reasonable. She’s a very hard worker and busy, but completes each project with care and precision.

UPDATE!!!! Dress was worn for Graduation…4 hour event, and the hem fell out by the time it was done! Absolutely terrible.If I could give less than 1 star I would.Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.Was referred here from a friend to get my daughters graduation dress altered. The whole experience was unpleasant. First off, not welcoming, not friendly…just very cold and brash. Made my daughter feel very uncomfortable…almost like she was an inconvenience. We gave her ample time to do the dress. She called 3 weeks prior to the day we told her it needed to be done by. We gave a quick try on as her changing room is smaller than a bathroom stall. Hem length seemed okay and side seams fit so we went on our way. Arrived at home to do a comfortable try on with more space and we find all her pins and needles still holding the under layer of tulle in place. She never hemmed it. Had to make another trip back to her location. Wasn’t very apologetic, and after a full inspection of the dress we noticed she used white thread to hem a blue sparkly dress. It’s unfortunate because apparently she was great at one time…I believe that time has passed.

Went in today with a pair of pants used for dirt biking to see if she could repair a tear. She did not greet me, barely looked up from the garnment she was working on. She told me she can't do it because they were torn. Also she commented on the condition of the back pocket.. Which I did not care about as these are pants worn in the bush only. She did not say goodbye or anything. I won't go back again.
