Sifton Priory Park Townhomes

No other place better to live. The rents are fantastic and what is included is phenominal. Long waiting lists are a sure indication that Sifton's is a preferred rental property. And then there is the great staff who care for us like family. We are all so blessed.

If you like mold infested dirty holes rent from these people, if you want to live in a clean nice home rent elsewhere. The units are falling apart and extremely dated need to be repaired asap. Office staff are nice but will try to juice extra cash from you when you leave.

I can't recommend Sifton enough! They made our move in experience amazing and living here is the best! The greatest decision we have ever made.

Great place to live! When you need something fixed it gets done very quickly. Excellent landlords!

Can't say I have seen better customer service. When there are issues, they fix it right away. They never complained or took too long. I just had a service request that was responded almost immediately after I sent the email.The house vs rent cost are good too.Could have better parking and electric outlets in the basement. The cons here are minor.

The staff is fantastic, the houses are clean and feel new when you move in. I love how many families there are in the complex as well as dogs. My kids absolutely love it!

These are not luxury condos but mid-range townhouses so no fancy finishes in the kitchen or jet tubs in the bathroom. What they do offer, in our experience of 18 months (so far) living here is excellent response to any questions, concerns and quick repairs when needed. We needed to be moved in before the 2014 school year started so we took a unit that had only recently been vacated with the understanding that a fresh coat of paint and steam-clean of the carpets would be done for us and both were completed within a week. We also provided a list of any repairs we noticed needed to be done and they were completed promptly and professionally. When I decided I wanted a fancier kitchen faucet than the one that came with the unit, they sent a plumber (at their cost) to install the faucet. When we asked if we were allowed to have a rain barrel for our yard, they provided one free and redirected the downspout to make it usable within a few days of our asking. This is just a few examples, I cannot say enough how impressed I am with how well we have been treated by Sifton. No, it is not fancy or brand-new, but it is comfortable, safe, the grounds are very well maintained and they are very responsive to tenant requests in our experience. I have recommended it to friends or others new to Guelph and I will definitely continue to do so!

I LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! I have never lived anywhere that has such great!!!! Reps/customer service. All of them are kind. If any issues pop up their there the same day or the next. Believe me the entire staff from the office to in-home maintenance and outdoor maintenance are awesome people. I have had issues with my heater randomly shuting off and the same night someone came. The next day we were offered a hotel for the night while everything was being fixed. I can sit here and write all the wonderful things they do a how considerate the staff and management is but it will take all day. I will say they all have a heart of gold. Evern when you know they are overwhelmed and super busy they never show it. Over-All YOU CANNOT FIND SERVICE LIKE THIS ANYWHERE!!

We are absolutely thrilled to be living here. If we ever have an issue, they are quick to deal with it. Amazing people and always with a smile on their faces.
