So incredibly happy with my new Marin Kentfield 2. I haven't ridden a bike in 15 years, and Stan and Andrew made the process easy and understandable to help find me the right fit for my needs and esthetic. It's clear that they truly care about the customer experience and getting people outdoors and into cycling. Cutest shop dog to boot. Thank you!

My friend and I came in today to buy a new bike chain for my bike and they even put it on for me. Both workers were extremely friendly, they ended up suggesting a tune up, but they also showed me exactly why I should consider getting one. You can tell they’re really passionate about this local business. I’m definitely coming back for all my future bike needs. Thank you both for being so friendly and informative!

I bought an e-bike from the manufacturer and had to put it together myself, but put the (clearly labeled) pedals on the wrong sides! After having a pedal fly off mid-ride a few times and realizing I messed up, I called Stan who was able to get me in quickly same-day to take a look. He was very kind, explained what I had done and how it could be fixed, and was able to do the repair/replacement on the spot. Thank you so much, Stan! :)

Stan is a gem. I came in today to grab a cable, ended up chatting bikes for an hour! Tons of great bike options, appreciated the help in my self servicing too (pointed out the tool that would make my life much easier!).

I have purchased 2 bikes now from Heron Heads Bikes. Both times Stan was very helpful finding me the correct bike to suit my needs. He will take the time letting you try different bikes for fitment and is very informative.Lots of new and used bikes/parts in stock as well. Go check this shop out asap !

Dropped my bike off for a tuneup and a new seat. I thought it would take a week or two, but Stan was in on Easter Sunday and worked on it....had it back within two days. Just got back from my first run...and it's working great! For new, used, or service, you need to make the trek to Heron Head and support the small guys" and forget about the big box stores..."

I recently moved to Brantford and wanted to start searching for a new bike for the trails nearby. I walked into Heronhead Bikes and was greeted by the owner Stan who is such an amazing person! I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was and after test riding a couple options, I found the right bike! Thank you Stan for all your help! I highly recommend checking out Heronhead Bikes as the store is FULL of new and used bikes and the customer service is outstanding!
