As a non-techie, TV is not my forte, so I have relied on Signature AV since 2019 to get the recommendations, service and respect that I need. A special shout-out to Mike and Alex for their on-site service - always delivered with a smile, strong technical expertise/advice and a never say die" attitude. Pricey

Probably the best audio shop in Ottawa. My appreciation to Jon for helping me choose the best products suitable to my needs. As a first-time customer, I first bought a pair of shelf speakers but only found it was not to my taste after several days of listening. I called in and explained the reason; the exchange process was smooth, and I finally purchased a set of home theatre. I will definitely come back in the future in case of upgrading. Last but not least, I highly recommend SAV.

Best Experience Ever!! – Best price, best service and the most careful delivery and installation I ever had. I have dealt with many high-end stores in Toronto -- SigAV simply surpassed them all by a miles. Roger and his team will do anything to make your experience first class by catering to your individual needs and requirements. Due to the chip shortage, Roger even ordered my TV months ahead and held it in storage until my move – Who does that? Gave me the sale’s / best price before my delivery – Again who does that? My delivery and installation was very challenging to say the least due to a nasty tight and curved staircase. These guys worked like ninja’s, brought down a large 85” TV through this impossible pathway, installed it and left everything in an impeccable state. I am extremely, extremely fussy when it comes to service and honestly SigAV hit the ball out of the park. Whether it is a small or large purchase -- This is the go to place for home electronics. Client for life!

We discovered Signature Audio through friends and we couldn't be happier that we did. We are first time clients but we will never go anywhere else for AV products and services from now on. They are an incredible company to deal with. We were looking for multiple TVs and an updated whole home sound system so we dropped into Signature Audio on Iber Road. We were met by Roger Delarosbil (owner) who impressed us immediately. He couldn't have been more helpful. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and we were also very impressed with his amazing showroom. Roger came to our home a few days later to determine what we needed and what our options were. We then spent a couple of hours with Roger at their location to decide on product. After choosing what we wanted we booked an installation date. Three Signature employees (Mike, Alex and Jackie) arrived on time as promised. They couldn't have been more professional, helpful, and careful. They were with us for 2 days and left our home in perfect condition. Not only did they complete the installation perfectly but spent considerable time explaining and training us on the new equipment. We were very happy clients. We were sorry to see them go as they were like friends by then. Signature is a one stop shop for all your AV needs. They sell products at very competitive prices, install everything, have all the essential accessories to complete the job the first time. They have their own skilled employees for installation, no sub-contractors here. If you are looking for AV equipment or advice you can't go wrong with Signature Audio Ltd. The Signature Audio staff are simply amazing!We purchased a Sony TV, surround sound receiver and a 4K DVD player. Throughout the purchasing process Roger was very attentive to our requirements and took the time to explain things so we could make an informed decision. At no point did he try to up sell us anything! He clearly wanted to ensure we would be happy with what we purchased.We arranged with Sig Audio to have the equipment set up at our home. They arrived when scheduled and were very professional, friendly and thorough. When an issue arose with the receiver connectivity with the TV, Roger had the team back the next day with a solution. I was in the market for new speakers and so contacted the store to get some recommendations. I made an appointment and shared a Tidal playlist. Roger let me hear a selection of speakers in my price range and gave me plenty of time to listen through my playlist. One of the best audio/video stores in the Ottawa area. Highly recommended!

Okay, this needs to be told to the world...For a bit of relevance, I've purchased most of my (and my company's) AV through Signature. I've always been happy. I recently ordered something (a couple of speaker stands) from Roger @ Signature to which he quickly handled very professionally and let me know that it might be a few days before the item came in. I checked in today and he promptly replied that nothing had come in yet and then a few minutes later emailed again to say that he contacted the supplier who told him there's an additional 14 day back order. Totally not the fault of SigAV and absolutely understandable these days.So here's the kicker... Roger emailed back and offered to loan me a pair of demo stands they had on the floor until mine came in. Sorry, but that beats any big-box-no-service you get these days. Unbelievable!!! I'm truly blessed to deal with such a professional team.I pledge my business to Signature Audio Video repeatedly and urge others to do the same. Support local and you WILL be rewarded.

I had a great experience shopping at Signature Audio. Came looking to audition a pair of bookshelves. I was greeted by Roger (the store owner) and he set me up in a large private listening room with a pair of the bookies. Long story short - they didn't sound right to me. After telling Roger, he hooked up a pair of reference speakers I was familiar with in the same system for comparison. Again, they didn't sound right to me. He then suggested to try a different room with a different amplification. I asked if I could take the bookies home to listen in my home system, to which he happily agreed and in no time I was on my way with a couple of boxes. At home they sounded fabulous! When I brought the demo pair back to the store Roger immediately ordered me a new pair and, wait for it.... gave me a discount without me even asking or hesitating to buy. Mind you - that's a discount on a model that just hit the market! Needless to say I will be a returning customer. Thank you Roger for great and courteous service and the discount :)
