The staff is nice but the selection of wine and spirits is limited. The strength of this place is its later-then-usual closing time (10 pm), which makes it the last option in the neighbourhood to get a bottle of decent wine when you are late for your dinner party. All generic or standard alcohol brands are available here.

Great SAQ. They can't be blamed for the area that they're in and they make sure to have security guards when necessary. All of their employees are very professional and helpful. The wine selection is small but good... it is after all, an SAQ Express". If you need more choices there is an "SAQ Selection" near Atwater Market."

Security guard is friendly and some staff are friendly too. Other keep eyeing us and following as if we are going to shoplift, especially minorities.Poor selection especially of beers and mixers. Just Faxe beer and White Claw in the fridge. Rest is all wine and hard liquor.Only good thing is they are open till 22h everyday. Time to end the SAQ monopoly chokehold on liquor.

If you happen to be in the area and need to buy liquor or wine, this is the only SAQ around. For beer and spritzers, you might as well visit the nearby grocery store or one of two Couche-Tard convenience stores (the farthest of which is two blocks away on Maisonneuve & St-Denis).
