Golden Needle Drapery

I am so happy I chose Golden Needle Drapery to custom make the curtains for my newly renovated house. The curtains was the touch my house needed to go from great to wow! Natalie is a true artist! I constantly get compliments on my curtains from new visitors that come over to our house. Cannot recommend her enough. The whole team is amazing, fast, reliable and experienced.

We're so happy that we chose Dana and her team for our drapes. Dana is lovely and was incredibly helpful when we were looking for advice on which fabrics to choose. We really appreciated that she was well-priced and showed us fabrics that were in a reasonable price range. Her team was also able to install in a shorter time frame than any of her competitors that we'd spoken to.We'll use her again down the line and have already passed her name on to a couple of friends - highly recommend!

Natalie and Dana are such a pleasure to work with. They are extremely hard working, experienced, flexible with their schedule (evening appointments were so important with my work schedule!) and so friendly! I am so happy with my decision to use their services. I absolutely love my curtains - it makes my place feel like home!

I would like to thank the Golden Needle Drapery for being so incredibly difficult to purchase from (having to hound them through email and calls -there were always excuses and delay in response; not showing up for an appointment and no follow up after no-show; me having to contact them again only to get a covid excuse and telling me they will reach out to me in a few weeks - which they haven’t.)This ultimately ended in me having to do my own research, purchasing my own product online and installing beautiful ripple fold drapery in my house for a small fraction of their quoted price. (Quoted $2500, my total was less than $300).I’m on mat leave currently, but work in commercial and institutional renovations. I would have given them a lot of work when I return to work, but they have lost this opportunity with their horrible customer service.(Reply to your message: the fact that you don’t recall talking to me just validates my review. You have definitely worked with me, I am reviewing correct business, and I will post a picture of our correspondence to prove it).

Very professional service provided by Dana, Natalie and Dan. We are extremely happy with our curtains and blinds. They are professional and very reasonable in pricing. I would recommend their service to anyone looking to beautify their windows!!!!

Amazing customer service with just fabulous end product !!!! An incredible experience to work with Dana , Natalie and Alex . They listened to what my vision was and guided me in every step.
