They really came through and helped get us back on the road with a new tire after an unfortunate incident in the KFC drive thru. The chicken was bitter sweet but Costco Tire center truly delivered a crispy win.

No staff available waited over 10 mins then left to Kal Tire

I was really upset after having gotten my tires changed at Costco. Upon arrival to pick up my car, my car keys were missing two key chains from it. I asked the guy what happened to them and he was puzzled but said they would most likely be in my car.I got to my car and they weren't there. I know that they're only keychains, but they had been attached to my keys for at least two years which tells me that there was an extreme lack of care as one of the staff members would've had to have violently ripped them off. Two keychains!! It was right before Christmas and I take care of my things:(It is a service and I didn't expect them to break my items that I left and trusted them with. I was truly upset for days after. It's only sparkly bits to them, but to me they were more than just sparkly bits!!One star for the car service. It receives 2 stars due to the low price. I rather would have paid 10$ more and been able to keep my things, though.

The gentlemen at the tire center at 4pm on Sunday helped us out immensely. They didn’t have the tire we needed but looked after our teardrop with its flat while we got it elsewhere, and then helped us get on our way. Wouldn’t accept a tip, so here’s a glowing review for their kindness!

I had a flat tire that could not be repaired. Under Costco's Road Hazzard warrenty they were unable to find a replacement tire. So they replaced all 4tires. My cost... $72.00. Amazing!!!

I have a few problems with my tires of late. One tire had a huge bulge in it. I called Costco and the fella Bill got me a tire in store the next day. Bill was so kind and easy to talk to which made the whole experience awesome. Then I had to go back to Costco because one of my tires was low. One of the fellas there, wish I got his name, checked the tires found the one that was low , filled it up and I was gone. Two days later I see my tire was low again. Today I drove to Costco and Bill was on again. He said yes it is low again. He suggested right away that he take in to the shop and have a good look at the tire. Sure enough the tire had a nail in it. Bill had that tire fixed with in half and hour as I shopped in Costco. What a great bunch of guys at the Nanaimo tire shop in Costco. I am so grateful to Bill for helping me once again get back on the road with safe tires after the excellent service…. Thank you so Much

Rob and Blaze were absolutely amazing. Went in with 1 puncture and ended up needing a whole new set of tires, and somehow left still feeling good. They were honest and transparent, and helped me out great when it came to explaining what my best options were.

Costco Tire Centres offer great value without upselling. Without an appointment my punctured winter tire was repaired and summer tires put on (car had no factory spare). Thank you Steve. Now if the smell of wafting Costco hotdogs could be stopped, I’d rejoice.

The customer service is horrible. I had an appointment booked for 12.30 and was there in time , handed over the keys to fix tire and was told to be back in 40 mins. Waiting with a toddler for so long just to hear that he may be forgot about the car and instead of being sorry or apologetic they gave me the keys and told that they cannot help me .... I cannot be more disappointed CZ of this horrible experience. Even after arguing there was no outcome and they seemed not interested in fixing the issue . Upon calling the Canadian tire office , spoke to some Mr Mark who said that he was the manager and is supporting his employee's decission instead of being considerate and offering a solution . I understand that there is a shortage of employees but this is not the way to make customer suffer for no reason and support such unethical employees who forgot to do their jobs and blame the customer . Never recommend.. this was on a Sunday when there is no other tire shop open around and they leave the customer stranded. Horrible ....Canadian tire Nanaimo

I’m a regular Costco shopper. However the tire center is Horrible just awful, the gentleman with glasses was very rude when I try to talk to him, buddy had zero patience. He said because of different trim of cars needs different tires. So when we brought our vehicle in with after market rims and winter tires to put on we were first refused by the gentleman then he said the rims are fine but we need to spend 2000 on some mud tires because our vehicle is the top trim is more heavy which is completely bs sure it might be like a few pounds heavier but not enough that we can’t use light duty truck suv tires. They keep throwing “facts” at us so we got frustrated and left. We went to a different shop and they said is fine there’s minor difference but not enough to be unsafe for the road. So huge disappointment from one of my favorite companies out there, the guy that spoke to me like I know nothing and lie to my face and try to make me buy heavy duty mud tire for a light compact pick up should be fire!!!
