I dropped off a sample to be analyzed more than a week ago and paid to have results emailed to me in 3 to 5 business days. Not only have I not heard from them but nobody is returning my calls or replying to my email. If they can't be more reliable than this, I will certainly never use their services again!

Eric and Dan from LEX Scientific were amazing! They went above and beyond! Dan was incredibly efficient and professional in gathering the samples needed from our home and Eric took the time to contact us from the lab and explain the process, then followed up promptly to give us the results, emailing us with the documentation we required. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone requiring environmental testing or consulting services, and would call on them again if the need ever arose! First time using this company and the customer service was beyond efficient. Turnaround for getting the results of mould and asbestos was very timely. We had an issue that was not in their scope of work but they still went above and beyond to help us get it resolved within hours. Additionally, we asked for professional recommendations that they found would fit our scope of work and they did not hesitate with another timely response. I hope our house never needs them again,BUT we would highly recommend Lex Scientific Inc. Thank you again

Their worker stole my house key and they refuse to buy me new locks. I’ll see you in small claims court. Better pray nothing in the house is missing.
