Absolutely a great store! Went in for some kitty litter and wasn’t sure if they had any, the gentleman behind the counter was so helpful and wanting recommendations for more kitty related items. Will continue shopping there for a long time

This is one of the best pet stores in Edmonton the owner is super knowledgeable. He’s always super friendly and helps answers all my questions and has the best recommendations for food and treats for my cat and dog.He always goes above and beyond I will not be going anywhere else!!! If your looking for an amazing customer experience check it out it’s in the strip mall across from movati fitness next to the shell

I think this is the best experience I've ever had at a pet store before. We just moved to the area and needed to find a new place that carries my dog's food. Phoned in advance and they were so nice over the phone. When I came in I was so pleased by how clean and neat the store is, it's just such a nice environment when you walk in. The owner (I'm assuming?) was so pleasant as well, he even offered to carry the bag of food out while it was raining pretty well outside. I'll definitely be back with my dog next time!
