Tracy’s Beauty and Nail Salon

I was really excited when I found out about Tracy's and thought the service was worth the drive. The bad service and lack of respect for customers time has made sure I won't return.I made an appointment in advance, was called before my appointment and asked if I could come earlier. I drive nearly 40 minutes to get my nails done here so that wasn't possible.However when I did show up for my scheduled appointment I had to wait 30 minutes for it to begin. Which makes me feel like they accepted an appointment that they didn't have the time for when I couldn't come earlier - Either way, the service was not worth the drive, wait or the cost.After going over the length I wanted twice I had to ask my technician to fix the length of my nails and still left with uneven nails.At the end of my appointment I had top coat instead of oil accidentally put on my cuticles but it wasn't wiped off properly and now my nails are uneven and sticky.I have previously had a great experience at Tracy's which is why I still give them 3 stars. The cost, for the service and lack of organization is not worth it for me and probably others as well.

Jessica was super nice and had so much patience. They were closed and she still took her time to do an amazing job on my nails. This was also my first time at this salon and everyone was super nice. Definitely recommend, will be back:)

I always do dip here, my best experiences have been with Alice, Kathy, and Lena(Lyna?). I’ve never been disappointed by this place, it can get a little pricey for intricate designs BUT you get what you pay for here for sure! Easily worth what I spend especially since they last me almost a month every time! Will always come back here! My sets are always above my expectations, and I end up loving what they do 10x more than my original reference images. They also almost ALWAYS get me in earlier than expected! Thank you ladies!! Incredibly professional staff that know their stuff. I don't even know where to begin. From the friendly welcoming smiles and adaptability to each customers wants, checking in with them regularily and asking if you'd like a water or coffee or tea. wonderful small town feel customer service. It's so nice to be able to have found my go to Salon. Thanks so much!

My first time getting a pedicure. It was amazing and relaxing. The salon is very pretty and clean. The lady doing my pedicure was extremely good. I will definitely be going back there.

Good service. Very happy with our experience today. Maggie and Phil provided us with a shellac manicure and regular paint pedicure. We are both very satisfied and highly recommend.

Great place to pamper yourself. I was amazed at the number of services they render here...Staffs are nice and your wish is literally their command. They made sure I was satisfied with my nails. They were very patient and took their time.
