Stopped in because my tires were low on air and I forgot my pump. Not only did they happily lend me a hand and pump my tires, they gave my bike a quick tune up free of charge. Next bike I buy, I'm coming to these guys! Thanks for the great service!

We visited the bike store this morning to look for a bike for our son. The service received was excellent!!!

Visited the shop for the first time today. The person who helped me pick out a new bike was great to deal with! I will definitely be back for gear, service and more bikes for the family. I was extremely impressed!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They took their time to explain to me all the options and models of bikes. While they are a little on the pricier side, the service is outstanding

I came in yesterday simply to change my tube, it was one of the most expensive days in a long time the two plus the installation was $18 I got my bike back and headed off home. Once I got home I realized they installed the tire incorrectly breaking the bolt inside of the Hub and also cracking my fork in the process of reinstalling a tire. I also ask the gentleman if she could just fix my compression on my stem which led to him saying it's not doable because my fork even though there is no correlation between the two and when I got home the compression is loose and improperly set up. All in all I came in to change a tube because it popped. I left home with a charge of $18 a cracked fork a broken bolt in my hub and a misaligned improperly set up compression in my stem and the only thing I could do is write a poor review because God knows they would just say it was already like that this will be the last time I go to any shop for anything...
