At first I was very impressed by the program, but as I got to know some of the FPK staff as a volunteer over two years, I was very disappointed by the way they treat volunteers. The experience is inconsistent among Crew Captains, KidCoaches, and FPK staff. It really depends who you get as some people are great while others have no respect for you and push you into quitting. Never volunteering here again.

I am proud to be a part of this wonderful organization for the last 3 years and counting! Their goal is to give children the guidance, confidence and experience to become leaders in their community. The experience for me has been heart warming. I am truly grateful for the FPK community being in my life and cannot say enough good things about this organization as a whole.
