Visited your store today for the very 1st time and the gentleman who served me was very helpful with showing me all about a surgeons knot when making a bracelet! Love your selection of gemstones for yoga/mala bracelets.

Was told I was being sold 30 beads but the bag only contained 24 and the majority of the holes in the beads did not go through both ends so I cannot even use them. It's unfortunate she has a no refund or exchange policy..
