Main West Animal Hospital

I’ve been with Main West Animal Hospital for a little over a year now. Every-time I’ve been there I’ve had a positive experience. They are very knowledgeable and answer all of my questions and they are nice to my dog & treat her well. & that’s what’s important to me. They are also a clean facility, & I would recommend them to others.

I love that you guys give the pricing on all testing and/or treatments and give options rather than pushing us to do the more expensive route. I appreciate that you didn't push us to treat Dex knowing it's his time, and were honest that it really was his time. Thank you for all you do, we will keep on coming to you guys with Buster ♥️

Had to take our puppy in after she tried to convince the cat to play. As I couldn't reach our regular vet, I started calling around for a vet open on a Saturday morning. They were extremely helpful and I had an appointment as soon as I could get there. Upon arrival, after going through the formalities, we were shown to a room to wait. As explained, most Saturday appointments are open for emergencies, and during the wait, a more urgent case came in. I was kept informed of what was going on. When Lacey was checked out, the injury was fully explained along with the treatment plan. I found the whole team to be extremely competent and friendly. I found that I could finally relax as I knew Lacey was in good hands. Lacey must have felt it as well as she fell asleep in the waiting room. I would not hesitate to take her back in a similar situation.

This has been the best vet I have found around! I had to put my 18 year old best friend down and they did not rush me out of the room after everything they let me stay with him till I was ready! Week later I Recieved a card from all the staff with condolences it melted my heart! Now they are they vet I use for my 9 week old puppy. He has been having issues and they took him in same day right away so that we could get to the bottom of the problem. The vets have amazing bed side matter and the reception greet you with a smile and talk to your pet. It has been nothing but great experience with Eastmain. I wanna thank them for being so amazing with my pup family!

Always so flexible, compassionate and understanding. I’ve taken many of my pets to them, most recently to say goodbye to my senior dog. I cannot express how truly thankful I am for the staff at the clinic. They made the goodbye easier, knowing she was in good hands. I actually was second guessing my decision, and the vet came to discus with me and assured me based on what he saw, we were making the best choice for her and hearing that lifted a huge weight.Thank you all so much

Our Veterinarian, Dr Matt was super informative and patient. He took time to answer the many questions we had after our cat, Ollie, had a blockage. This was my first appointment at the clinic with one of my pets having just moved to Welland.

Everyone was sooo lovely, both on the phone and in person. Such a kindhearted staff. The doctor seems to genuinely enjoy his job and was so great with our furry little guys. Such a welcoming environment for our puppy and our cats first appointment there. Thankful we found you and can't wait to see you again soon! The complimentary nail trimming was so unbelievably kind as well. Thanks so much xo

From the moment our puppy came home at Christmas, I had no doubt in my mind I wanted to bring him to MWAH. From the moment you walk in the door, you can tell this is a team that cares about you & your pet. Dr. Raj was wonderful for both sets of our puppy's vaccinations, and despite how excited Sven (our puppy) was, he sat so nice & still for Dr. Raj. Between him & the vet assistants, I felt as though all of my first time puppy mom" questions and concerns were answered
