Bayshore has been a great disappointment. They were to provide some services, but no one seemed to know or care if and when those services were rendered. I had to call them each time to come and do what they were supposed to do. They are so unprofessional and clumsy

Management and organization needs to be investigated by a bigger boss. Loved my clients but this place overlooks employees and doesn't treat clients with dignity and respect as they should. Just because they're a government branch, they think everybody owes them. I used to work here. Dispatchers and management didn't care about clients as much as they did about employees which allowed employees to get away with alot. Management doesn't follow up with anything and I am surprised they're still up and running. The team lacks professionalism and always talk dirt about hr and the entire job. I know this because I know a couple of clients who have to deal with them on a day to day basis.

This business is is very poorly managed. I live 2hrs away from my parents and my mother relies on these people 4x daily to help her with my father. They have been using this company for three weeks and have had over 25 different PSW’s in their home and 5 nurses. This would be stressful enough during a normal year - but add COVID-19 in to the mix with my father who is high risk and this becomes far more than stress.Most days it seems as though mom doesn’t get all 4 hours of support she is allotted, and every single day it is apparent that this place does not care what times work for you because they constantly send someone out too late in the morning or too early at night.Overall, this business is just a business. They do not care about their employees or their clients. I agree with the review done by a past employee, someone higher up needs to come in and review what is happening here.
