Great products. I bought a chair more than ten years; it was pricey, but still provides comfort and support so the amortized cost is reasonable. I had a screw loose on my arm rest. I spoke to the company, yes a live person named Sarah. The company promptly sent free replacement screws, no shipping cost. Buy with confidence!!

We just bought 2 office chair from here , they are manufactured in Calgary , they showed us around the production floor, we picked out our custom colors and 10 days later they were delivered for us, assembled and ready to use . Highly recommend them and getting a tour of the showroom and production floor.

Lifeform chairs are not only top notch chairs but their customer service is top tier as well. They provide an excellent product in their whole line (I have multiple chairs). They go above and beyond in their customer service. I cannot say enough about this company, their products and service. Thank you Lifeform for doing what few companies do any more.

I love my LIFEFORM chair! My husband got me the Lifestyle Grand Basic Management Mid-Back office chair (black cloth) last Christmas when I started working from home full time. I have Elhers-Danlos syndrome and sitting almost anywhere will pretty quickly hurt. This is the only place I can comfortable sit for a few hours at a time (even then I have to get up and stretch for other reasons). EDS comes with soft/sensitive skin and these armrests are amazing! I’ve never had an issue with the leather rubbing my forearm wrong. It’s the one chair I use everywhere in the house (desk, kitchen table, living room, etc). I’m looking for rocking chairs (higher back that will support my neck while rocking) and I’d love to be able to get another LIFEFORM chair! You pay for the quality, but it’s so worth it!

I own a Lifeform model 2490 Ultimate Executive Office Chair. I called the good folks at Lifeform as I needed a part that cost well over $100. I was amazed they would send it to me at no charge at all EVEN for the freight. This is amazing a speaks volumes for how they treat their valued customers. This is not new, but several years old which make their help even more amazing and appreciated!

I will never buy from this company again. The gas lift went bad, under lifetime warranty, but the cylinder is on line for$20, but the want $45.00 to ship it to me, so I can fix my own chair. I discourage anyone from buying from Relax the Back.

My Lifeform chair has consistently supported my back for the 2+ years I have owned it. The Brisa material is comfortable to touch and very easy to keep clean.A recent lower back procedure has me spending much more time in my chair, and the adjustments and support options have been invaluable and comfortable.The warranty procedure was flawless regarding a case opened and was resolved professionally and promptly. I would recommend the Lifeform chair for anyone wanting and needing a quality sitting experience.

Lifeform chairs are the Rolls-Royce of office chairs. As a heavy set person with lower back pain, never have I sit in something so incredibly supportive and comfortable.I've tried DxRacer, Secretlab, and Thermaltake gaming" chairs but they're all the same. The foam they use is overly hard which hurts the tailbone and causes me the slouch or tilt to awkward positions just to get comfortable.Herman-Miller quality with the hand crafted care only seen in a mom and pop business who gives a damn.Time to grind some more Diablo IV in style."

I am the proud owner of a LifeForm 2390 high-back executive chair in Quarry Tribeca leather. This is by far the best executive chair I have ever owned or used. I purchased it at the Relax the Back store in Kennesaw, GA. I am an attorney and expert witness who has to be on his game while testifying. During the pandemic, most U.S. depositions are via Zoom-type technology which means, as a professional witness, I give testimony from the comfort of my own office. Shorty after I purchased the chair, I gave a marathon, 9-hour deposition. It was extremely important that I not fatigue several hours in. This LifeForm chair contributed greatly to keeping me fresh, alert and “on my game.” I could sing many other praises about this chair, but I trust this example speaks volumes. Incidentally, my depositions usually are video-recorded – it is just a matter of time until video footage of my 2390 and me makes its way into a live trial.To make the chair unique and highly personal, I ordered a very particular monogramed headrest slipcover. LifeForm’s Ceara and her colleagues went above and beyond to ensure that my initialed slipcover would match my chair’s leather and thick contrast stitching. I was offered a wide range of monograming fonts/styles and couldn’t be more pleased with the result – icing on the cake, topping off the workhorse chair of my dreams!I enjoy my work – but can honestly say I look forward to “another day in the saddle,” no matter how long, even more now – owing to my gorgeous, highly functional and ergonomic chair, and the tremendous people, quality and workmanship at LifeForm!Update to my review - Leather Only makes a great product, called One Step." This product works extremely well in cleaning and protecting my LifeForm 2390 Tribeca leather chair. Leather Only's One Step is designed to work with the leather in my chair which is Aniline leather with a protected finish.It's a great North American pairing - chair made in Canada and Leather Only products made in Texas."

Absolutely pleased with my custom made chair. I've always wanted a comfortable leather chair made with REAL leather, not bonded leather. I phoned in to ask to take a tour of the show room, and they did one better... they showed me the shop and how everything was made. I was absolutely sold. I was told my chair would take about two weeks to make, and it took them just 10 days to make. I'm beyond impressed with the quality, and most importantly I can sit all day now without any discomfort.
