Being with the agent for over 30 years and during that time never thought to move somewhere else. We had almost all the possible policies with them.At the moment we have decided to move to other company because a huge difference in price the agent was very rude and super unprofessional. Very disappointed with treatment like this.I’m advising everyone to check the fees with others companies. Check your coverage and the cost of penalty if you decided to leave as they calculate it from out of the blue.I hope they learn from their mistakes as theirs reviews are on very poor level.
