I had to file either bankruptcy or consumer proposal. My agent walked me through everything and helped me decide what was the better route for me. I was able to keep the same life style and move forward after a bad time in my life.The only negative thing I have to say is that I would like to have been given more information on why I should have filed with my Ex because I filed and he did not. Now I am stuck with bad credit and he is living large. Kind of an unfair situation.
