Really bad service. Barista makes the drinks out of order. We waited for 30 mins for our iced americano. They barista is rude and does not call out the names or the drinks for people to pick up.

I've given up on this location. It is the worst Starbucks I've encountered anywhere in the world. I would often stop here for a quick iced Chai tea latte on my way to/from Kamloops & Vancouver all summer 2021.Sometimes they would be out of ice, other times they would overload my drink with ice despite my request to go easy on the ice. That's no big deal relative to when a staff member came out and placed a Closed" notice on the order microphone as the car in front of me was driving up to place his order. This was at 3 pm. No walking to the end of the line-up; just blatantly doing it in front of everyone with no apologies or explanation. There were at least 6 other cars behind me waiting in the long gauntlet drive-through line-up. They wouldn't open the drive-through window and also stuck a sign up there saying that they adjusted their hours

The service has been the focal point of trending issues we've experienced every time we've made a stop here. The last time was arriving to find it's very quiet but my food order wasn't even started, so after I had asked about it they scrambled to get it done because they totally missed it. Along with the other experiences we just find that the performance isn't really up to par on completing orders in a timely fashion compared to the normal performance of other Starbucks. Apparently even when you order 10 minutes in advance.

This Starbucks made me forget about the impending doom of our planet and also the crippling numbness of my bum from the 5 hour drive from Donegal, I would marry these workers off to any of my children 10/10 for service,flavour and pizzazz. Be nice to customer service workers, karma is a b***h

Stopped on a quick trip through from salmon arm. I am definitely stopping again next time in hope to see the same awesome people working. The good latte was a bonus.

WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Don’t even waste your time. We had the rudest employee tell us the drive thru was closed after we waited in line and saw no sign that it was closed. We went back and there was no sign. Maybe put a cone in the drive thru if it’s closed… that would make sense. Anyways this rude employee tried to tell us through a closed window after waiting for 10 minutes in the drive that the drive through was closed. Not to mention other employees at this Starbucks saw us sitting there and couldn’t even bother to tell us it was closed. Bunch of idiots work here.

Horrible service and bathroom was disgusting. While I was waiting the almost 30min for my simple one drink order I saw two other customers return with improperly made drinks.

Not your typical customer focused Starbucks you'd expect. Stopped there this morning and it started with the lady taking our order snapping at us saying I heard you the first time." Then when getting the actual coffee I asked if I could have some cinnamon to add to it and was rudely told from another barista that you are suppsoed to ask for it at the time of ordering.Sorry they seem to dislike customers so much at this location which is a shame as it is such a convenient location when travelling."

Great drinks, but the inside atmosphere is lacking. Don't like the open bench style seating, much prefer the old coziness.
