La compétence n est pas au rendez vs en payant la main oeuvre a moitié prix un menuisier 25.$ quand tu peut avoir 35$ sur marcher noir ,pas comme ca qu il vont trouver de la main oeuvre compétente

Ils ont échappé du mazout et ne l'ont pas nettoyé selon les règles, donc la maison reste avec une odeur persistante même 2 ans plus tard, de plus les employés ont caché cette faute.Ils n'ont pas remis les pièces dans l'état initiale. Les moulures ont été remplacées pas de simples planches de bois, les couleurs n'ont pas étées respectées.Ils n'avaient aucun respect pour le couple âgé à qui appartient la maison donc ils n'ont fait qu'à leur tête.Ils se sont permis d'utiliser le matériel de la maison pour nettoyer, balais, moppe, chaudière, etc... Au lieu d'utiliser leur propre materiel alors qu il s'agissait d'un dégât d'eau et biensur ils ont laissé le tout trainer très sale.

After seeking out their services for post-mortem cleanup, I would not recommend reaching out here if as a client you want to feel like a company cares at all about your needs or experience with them.Paying over 200$ with tax to only have an estimate, you’d expect that they might reply after paying such a large fee to simply know what you’d be paying later. I wasn’t given even the simple courtesy of a reply phone call or email when due to my father’s landlords lack of cooperation, we couldn’t proceed with the full quote and estimate, but rather a modified approach to accommodate what we were allowed to do.I won’t go into the details of the trauma one lives when seeing what needed to be cleaned up every day, just know it’s heavy.Contact any other service if you’re also in need of specialized services for something so delicate because it’s really painful to be disregarded when dealing with something so difficult.

Équipe du tonnerre, travail impeccable. En donne plus que ce que le client en demande. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre beau plancher de bois franc. Un gros 10/10. Bravo à toute l’équipe

It has been a long journey since we filed the claim with our insurance company back in June. While we all know insurance claim can, and in most case is, hectic and stressful, Paul Davis and Stephane Cere, our Paul Davis rep have made the process easy and flawless. There were inevitablly issues here and there with material, schedule, plan etc. But their professionalism, caring attitude, and willingness to accommodate made huge differences. We consider ourselves fortunate to have Stephane as our restoration expert.Keep up the good work, Stephane. As I have said, if you can satisfy picky and demanding customer like me, you can satisfy any customer.We would also like to their cleaning crew that had done an outstanding job cleaning up everything after the job. I wasn't expecting them to also clean the garage, the driveway, and the storage room. But they did, and did a great job. Ouf c'est pas fort leur affaire. Leur chargé de projet ne fait pas un bon suivi, des délais pour avoir des soumissions, ce qui fait en sorte que ma réclamation auprès de mon assureur n'est toujours pas réglé et cela après pratiquement 3 mois de l'ouverture du dossier.

Paul Davis...Plus Jamais....ils ont fait une réparation en 3 jours et ils ont repris la job pendant 3 mois.

I called Paul Davis company for a second opinion (I had already received an estimate from another company) on my basement as there was water damage from the previous owners and subsequently, the walls now have mold in them. Their reception was very friendly but that was the only good thing about the experience. I spoke to Michael Weisberg and scheduled an appointment with him which costed $200. 2 hours before the appointment, he called me to cancel because he was not feeling well. We rescheduled for the following day. He showed up to the appointment on time but his knowledge of water damage and mold problems was very limited (he was not helpful in helping us understand our problem and how their solution will solve the problem). Our appointment was on a Monday and I explained that we absolutely needed the estimate by the end of the week (Friday) at the latest. He said that would not be a problem and that he understands it is rush as we had another company waiting for an answer from us. On Thursday, I texted him for a follow up and asked if we would receive the report by Friday and he simply answered no
