No employee offered to help us or ask us if we needed something. When I went to the front desk to ask for some samples the person came across extremely miserable and wasn't helpful. Maybe he was having a bad day who knows, but my experience there was not good. Seemed like a small selection also

Horrible service. I am a student in a design industries program and we are required to use samples for projects. I very politely inquired about purchasing a sample and the man working (50-60 in age) said “I assume you’re a student” when I said we were students he said “You can forget about getting samples then”.Even a contractor my family has worked with has also complained multiple times about this business and how disrespectful they are to paying clients. Tilemaster has lost the business of 60 local graduating students soon to be entering the design industry. I have read several reviews with very similar experiences dating back to 3 years ago and it’s very telling that the owners/managers do not listen or care about their employees being blatantly disrespectful to clients and future clients. Glad I learned this before giving them any business.

They have a great selection of tiles to go with varying budgets. The staff was excellent in guiding me through the selection to achieve the look that I was after for my dog grooming salon. They are also shared valuable tips on installation & care. Thanks to Tilemaster for helping me make the Cambridge Dog Spaw a beautiful place for both myself & my clients!

I went into Tilemaster, Kitchener and purchased one large tile with 2 cuts and a hole and it was done while I waited. The service was as amazing as if I had purchased a whole room of tiles and accessories . An amazing customer exactly experience.

We recently did a kitchener Reno. Was greeted by Lori when entered the 115 Bleams Rd, Kitchener, ON N2C 2G2 location. She was very friendly and helpful. While bringing the slate was a bit of challenge, as slate can be it pleasure working with a Lori. She also assistances us with choices for our backslaps. Thank you Lori. .

Great selection. Decent prices. But not all the staff are friendly.

Bought the tiles from Tilemaster in Kitchener. We got our tiles promptly and intact, no broken pieces. Sales associates in the store are very professional and attentive. We dealt with Claudiu and we want to thank him for the excellent service he provided to us.We used Dubai series tiles to renovate our master bathroom: Dubai Ice (polished, 30cm x 90cm) for walls and Dubai Graphite (Lux finish, 60cm x 60cm) for the floor. We were thinking to go with porcelain tiles that look like Calacata marble, so happy that we decided on Dubai.These tiles are absolutely fantastic!The big size makes the room feel more spacious.The lux finish of the floor tile is not slippery and it feels great to walk on.The color of Dubai Ice looks very classy, not too grey and not too white, something that feels will not get tired of over the years.Both tiles(ice and graphite) have marble pattern with all the depth and the subdued, natural elegance of the marble but not overpowering.

The quality of the products is good and service is excellent with some creative ideas by their staff

Great selection of tile, but sub par customer service. Confusing, sometimes outright rude. I wish there were a better tile warehouse cause I would go there. Please improve customer service.

Great and quick service. Called ahead and order was ready as expected when I showed up.
