Eagle Water Niagara

We have been Eagle Niagara clients for a month now. We purchased all three units because we live in the country and use a cistern for our water. We have noticed that since the system has been installed my hair is very soft and shiny. I have had many comments on how great it looks. I have noticed that my shower is much cleaner and I have not had to clean it. No soap scum on it. Our use of soap is much less, for example laundry soap and dish soap. As well as there is much less lint in the dryer. We are very happy with our Eagle system. Now I am confident that we are not drinking water with bacteria in it. And we love the taste of our tea with the reverse osmosis water and the water also tastes so good.

Total Scam... I received a phone call last week from this company saying that I had won a $500 grocery gift card from a draw that I had entered, being a new mom I had entered my name in so many draws in the past couple months that it could be plausible. The individual that was on the phone said that there was someone in the area who could drop off the prize at my house within the hour, they also stated that I had won a free air assessment" I figured they already had all my information so what's the worst that could happen. Well when the individual showed up they refused to give me the gift card unless I let them inside my house to complete the air assessment... When we refused the individual left pissed off that we wouldn't let them in and wouldn't give us the gift card.Do not trust these people or let them into your house!!"

The installer did a great job but customer service not good. Supposed to have cancelled our monthly contract months ago but still taking money out of our bank!! Not impressed, have called numerous times and don't respond quickly at all!

We love our Eagle Water treatment systems!! The water makes my hair and skin softer, and really helps with my dry skin. I enjoy the taste of the water more now that it doesn't smell like pool. The soap products are not too too fragrant and very effective. Always nice people to deal with since it is a local family business. Highly recommend!

We love having our Eagle Water Treatment System! Our water is so soft and we use the reverse osmosis for everything. Our drinking water is crystal clear and all of our food tastes so delicious now. Our clothes are very soft and we use very little detergent compared to before our water treatment system was installed. We love everything in the soap package we received – the products are all wonderful! The hand soap, the cleaners and both the dish and clothes detergents are fantastic. We are so happy with all of your Eagle products! I am confident that we will enjoy our Eagle Water Niagara System for many years to come. We are very happy with our decision to purchase from Eagle Niagara because it is a well-established company and will be around for service and filters in the future.

SCAMMERS! Seriously. Don't trust these people!! Do NOT let them in your house!!! Lied to me on the phone and then showed up at my house to test the water for an hour! Told them to leave many times and they wouldn't! Should be a crime. **EDIT- I noticed down below someone had the same experience and they claimed she didn't get her prize" because she didn't let them inside her house. Well they are scamming and lying once again!!! They were in my house a freaking hour testing water and still wouldn't give me this so called "$500 gift certificate" I won

Talking about excellence and professionalism in water treatment system, these guys are just the best. They are second to none because their service is just the best anyone can ever pay for when it comes to water treatment system and the installation process.I found solace in their water system, as they only provide the best, they took the installation process with great skills and professionalism. I was highly impressed with their sales person who sold the system for me, very polite and ready to listen to all you want.I just love these guys.I highly recommend them, call the today.

Complete scammer!! Just discovered that my 87 year old grandmother was scammed by this company 5 years ago and is still being scammed. An unsolicited salesman repeatedly came to her house and told her she needed a water softener in order to have safe drinking water. She was then roped into a never ending loan with there finance department. What is valued at maybe $1000 tops, will end up costing her 10x that amount. When I called the company, Debbie Collins answered and claimed that this company no longer exists and she doesn't have any paperwork regarding any accounts. Preying on the elderly is disgusting!!! We will not allow these fraudelent practices go unnoticed. Eagle Water and their sleezy salesman should be ashamed of themselves!!
