We pulled up un announced late on a Friday afternoon seeking help to identify if we needed a surprise wheel bearing replacement. What we got in return was the most welcoming and down to earth service from several staff here. Stopped what they were doing to help us, run over the issues, testing theory’s, give recommendations and sort out a plan even though they knew the business would not be booked with them as we are just passing through. Thank you to everyone who helped us.

We were travelling outside of Drayton Valley when, the front passenger side of our truck and surrounding tire area was getting hot . We were thinking we would be stuck with a costly repair and many days lost . But thankfully the OK tire owner and staff were able to accommodate us on short notice. They did only what was absolutely necessary , both saving us time and money . Thank you for getting us back on the road , we are so very grateful .
