Very clean, secure facility which I used for 3 years to store items that required a temperature controlled climate. Well managed and staff were helpful with any questions I had. Very convenient to have covered garage area to bring vehicle in for loading/unloading items securely and out of the elements. I would recommend their services to anyone needing storage.

I used Xtra for almost 2 years. The building is clean, bug free and climate controlled. The staff are friendly and helpful. The covered garage area was great for accessing my unit in inclement weather.

I have used almost every single storage company in Hamilton and this company is the best experience I ve had. The staff is always very kind and understanding. They helped me with all my questions and issues I had, needing more units then needing less. The units are clean and very secure. I will be staying at this storage company forever due to the high quality of services I have recieved.

We stored my Mother's things there for 8 months. The place is safe and secure and always clean. There was no evidence of any critters and it's climate controlled too. The loading bay in inside and has lot of carts so that is a huge bonus. We would highly recommend Xtra Storage and will use them in the future if we ever need a storage facility. The staff was always friendly as well.

Clean and safe place to store valuable items. Very good to do business with. I had a good experience. The only thing I didn't like was the 10:30 limit on access and the funky elevators. Not the best for loading. But hey it's really expensive to change how an elevator works I guess.

48 inch x 96 inch elevator leads into 54 inch depth hall wall no provisioning for turning, you'll end up unload at elevator blocking doors open, even small load doesn't make the turn, beware

Just started using this storage facility. Extremely clean and secure. Onsite manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this facility to anyone needing short or long term storage.

This is a great storage facility. Very clean, easy to get into, and the staff are very friendly. I had stored some household items for about 3 months as I was having work done at my house. The location was convenient and I would not hesitate to use the facilities. I highly recommend it.
